Judge orders Giuliani to hand over assets to Georgia election workers

Over and over we see those who do Trump's bidding go down in flames. What is the attraction of this man to see so many otherwise intelligent rational people follow him like the pied piper?

After this election is over maybe trump will recieve his comeuppance.

Many narcissists have an odd ability to attract people to them.

Womp womp.

Imagine being a lawyer and still being too stupid to put your assets in trust.

Imagine being a lawyer, and still being too stupid to not divest yourself of any connection to Donald Trump?
He found a bunch of stupid lawyers.

Remember Sidney Powell?

Womp womp.

Imagine being a lawyer and still being too stupid to put your assets in trust.
Imagine being a lawyer and representing the jackass expecting to be paid?

Well for a couple of folk, it seems like when they've been sued for all they're worth. Where's that My Pillow guy?
He’s getting ready for some super symposiums!

Elmo has supplanted Mikey…

Womp womp.

Imagine being a lawyer and still being too stupid to put your assets in trust.
That wouldn't have helped him. You can't just give away your assets and still have control over them.

This exactly what should happen to anyone who promotes the lie that the election was stolen. Anyone

Quite the spectacular fall for "America's Mayor." Apparently Trump has about 2 million in unpaid legal bills he owes Guiliani. Judge said the election workers can also sue him - Trump - for that money.

Punchline:
  • Judge dismissed Rudy's claims to delay or dismiss transfer of assets, sports memorabilia, shares in property, watches, vehicles etc. handed over within 7 days.
  • Judge decided to hold on decision for a Palm Beach condo for another week
The list of assets along with the court's rationale is here: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.626017/gov.uscourts.nysd.626017.62.0.pdf

Personal comment: Rudy clearly had quite the collection of watches. Too bad he'll be losing them all. He apparently made a claim that a watch from his grandfather should be exempted, but the Court held him to account for taking steps to protect such assets should a recovery later be mandated, and said that unless Rudy can show that it is worth less than $1K in which case it may be exempted from NY law, he'll be handing that over as well.
If Rudy also loses the Palm Beach condo does that leave him homeless or does he have other properties?

Trump will do nothing of the kind.

He'll be saying he hardly knew the guy.
Exactly. Seriously, how often has this happened with different people? He's ****ed so many people and businesses over... wash, rinse and repeat.

Sadly for Rudi, Trump does not give one iota of a **** about this. I would be absolutely shocked if Trump will pay the $2 million in legal bills. I hope Rudi will be reduced to offering hand jobs on a street corner to pay the bills.
Trump doesnt even pay his own legal bills

Since the 2020 election, Mr. Giuliani has lost his licenses to practice law in New York and Washington, D.C.
He also faces criminal trials in Arizona and Georgia related to his efforts to keep Mr. Trump in office.

Well this is deliciously wonderful......about time he got his ass handed to him...and about time those two women got justice....Georgia received two wonderful pieces of news today...first the Supreme Court and now this.
I loved this summary:
Election Crimes Have Consequences
Consistent with his present-day sleaziness, Giuliani has very clearly been dragging his feet when it comes to selling assets so that he might satisfy at least part of the judgment. Already, the former mayor's bankruptcy protection had been removed because of his intransigence. And yesterday, U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman ruled that his patience has been exhausted, and that Giuliani must now transfer a long list of assets without selling them. So, Freeman and Moss are now the proud new owners of Giuliani's Upper East Side apartment, his Mercedes, a dozen luxury watches, some cash, and $2 million in IOUs from the Trump '20 campaign. Freeman and Moss will never see that $2 million, we dare say, but they'll still realize well into the seven figures with the other assets.

Absurd judgement of $150 million that naturaly liberals love because it ruins the life of their political opponent.

God I hate defending Gulliani because he's a verifiable screwball but this is beyond ridiculous.
