Judge orders DOGE to reinstate USAID's functionality

It's not that DOGE eliminated USAID that's the issue. It's that DOGE eliminated USAID without Congress agreeing to it. The Republican-controlled Congress. I'm sure those fine reps will get around to it after their 100th recess figuring out how to budget the non-existent cash we have, whatever we pay them for.

Will Trump defy this "so called judge's" order?

Is it this?

The Administration and the GOP knows that it is easier to destroy something than it is to build it back.

They did it the way that they did so they don’t have to restore it.

They are going to ignore the courts.

That is nice, I suppose. But what exactly is the judge going to do to make the Trump Administration do that? Threaten to break the seal and open the Ark of the Covenant so that the Angels come down and smite God's contemnors?

DOGE isn't a US department.

Is it this?

yes, thanks. Wasn't any article links when I first posted it

"Not found" is what I'm seeing.
I was referring to a news article, it was just the now broken tweet. Not sure why he deleted it?

Am I missing something here? I was under the impression that USAID was never eliminated. It was only moved to be under the SoS direction. It makes sense that our highest diplomat is put in charge of overseeing foreign aide programs.
