Because Trayvon's shooter wasn't charged. (initially)

...And because there are no doubt's about the typical expectations regarding the outcome when a Black person is charged with a crime in the USA.

Judge approves use of most evidence before trial of woman accused of kidnapping and killing Houston boy in 2010 | abc13.com

While the whole country complains and cries over trayvon the thug being shot not a peep about this on the national news...amazing how that works...

Besides, this OP is a non-starter. The person has been charged, this is merely a judicial determination about admission of evidence based on a typical defense motion to supress. Wait until the case progesses before you start crying wolf.

You have seriously misinterpreted my post. The reason there's less outrage over this case is because the alleged killer was promptly arrested and charged.

edit: Or I've seriously misinterpreted the aim of your post. I haven't had my coffee yet. :D
