Whatever Bolton says won't be damaging enough to phase Republicans in the slightest. Collins and Murkowski will hum and haw, but will tow the McConnell line. We agree except that you seem to believe he can effectively change position and claim hurdles exist for the House. Cardinal made a good point regarding Bolton's own ability to offer testimony to the House if he was being entirely legit.
