Many Americans are fleeing the US for the same reason Iranians, Cubans, Venezuelans, etc... are trying to flee their own countries: they feel their own country is turning into a sh*thole and they no longer want to have anything to do with it.

I am also pursuing citizenship in another country that I am entitled to. Seems prudent to have a n escape plan.

I understand Americans leaving the U.S. for a more sane life and the hope of a more peaceful future. At the present I can see the possibilities. I wish them well. If circumstances were different for my wife and I we would seriously consider joining the growing number of American expats.

The ugly truth, however, is that the Heritage Foundation that is systematically destroying democracy in the United States is actively working in Europe to support authoritarianism and to destroy the European Union.
