You say you "read" the story, and seem to be claiming secret inside knowledge so you can answer why he was here only 43 days and yet somehow his Visa has run out?

he was detained because he overstayed his visa. He was released to continue his previously arranged travel to Brazil. He wasnt deported. You lied.

I don't know if they can explain it, but I can offer a few circumstances.

A: His passport expired less than 43 days from his initial admission.
B: He previously entered the UNited States and was granted an admission under the Visa Waiver Program or a regular B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa, then departed to contiguous territory for less than 30 days, then had his initial admission revalidated to a date that was less than 43 days after his last admission.
C: He actually had a printed visa in his passport and the admitting officer limited his stay to something that was less than 43 days.
 
The US tourism industry had a good run while it lasted.

It will be missed.

Again, 43 days into a 60 day (at worst) visa for an Italian passport holder or 43 days into a 90 day Visa waiver agreement that the US has with Italy.

Thank you. One thing I wonder still is about Bo Loudon's claims that he got ICE to detain him? That to me plays to Trumps supporters but also a bit of self-publicity to drive interest to his channel.

democrats today are less popular than Republicans were in the aftermath of Watergate. democrats are not disliked by America, they are reviled. Though Americans of every race and every ethnicity oppose illegal immigration, democrats just can't let it go. They depend on illegal immigration to change the demographics of the nation in desperate hope of becoming viable once again as they offer handouts.

The real question is why was he not treated as all others that supposedly overstayed their visa.. 2 weeks plus in jail, refused access to consular help and so on..

if WW three is of concern, then the April 8 warnings have Red Flagged that; and most agree here that the Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine et al is bringing us closer to WW three and away from the Imaginary peace some think we are living thru.
