Is this an act of terrorism towards an american citizen by ICE?

This is irresponsible of CNN to play this story.
Why? Because the video doesn't show what led up to what happened.
The man dodged that question when she asked him "what led up to this?" - he just makes a general statement about why he was there, which does not answer the question.
And CNN knows damn well ICS cannot answer any questions while the man's case is being investigated. So he can say whatever he wants, and there is no other version to compare.

No one knows what happened. And CNN had no interest in informing anyone what happened. As far as we know he may have been trying to block there access to where they were going. Which he cannot do. Which is likely what happened, and why he didn't answer her question.

And the event was obviously happening so fast that nobody with emergency lights could have stopped the car? They had to ram it?

From what orifice do you suppose they think they can draw the authority to just ram people on the streets?

Ok, then tell this retired law enforcer what justifies a federal agent ramming someone driving away with his vehicle. That is use of deadly force. You can kill someone ramming them with your vehicle. There are very few things that allow for that. Was that person, driving away at speed that certainly seems to be 25mph or less on a city street, an imminent threat to the life of those agents or the public?

Mr Martinez did say they were a known entity to ICE operating in those areas. They did not carry guns, just cameras. So that was stated, so they didn't do as you said, and not address the matter at all. They just cut the segment at "what led up to this". This was all stated previously to that, but it was stated.

So if what there was that was stated is true, that what you have is a group of people videoing ICE agents performing their duties, logging their actions, what laws are being broken? It is not against the law to do that. I am sure the ICE agents do not like it, but if no lines are getting crossed and obstruction isn't taking place, as a law enforcer you just have to eat it. I did for 25 years. I knew EXACTLY where the lines were and unless they got crossed I didn't act, and I certainly didn't go ramming people with my vehicle for taking video of me, or asking me questions like who I was and what was I doing on their streets in their neighborhoods. I knew my job and I did it professionally.

This is the kind of stuff I was alluding to in another thread with @Lord of Planar .

Trumpstapo gang slam 'em to the ground on the sidewalk and ram 'em with a deadly vehicle in the street.

It's all in a day's dirty work for 'em.

Led by the Icestapo. Down and Dirty.

If they broke the law, then they are allowed to make an arrest. So, for now nobody knows what was really going on. All over the country, "protestors and volunteers" have been interferring with law enforcement working to apprehend illegal immigrants. That interference may be breaking the law. Of course no person who is breaking the law is going to admit they are breaking the law, and no liberal is ever going to condemn one of their own for breaking the law. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Yes they are allowed to make an arrest. However, stopping a car usually starts with flashing lights, you know those red and or blue lights that cop cars have? Thus the driver is given an opportunity to comply. It's much safer for the officer than slamming his car into the other one. As slow as they were driving it isn't like the "suspect" was getting away.

But let's pretend this made sense. It didn't, but pretend. I mean sure the airbag could have gone off in the agents face stunning him and leaving him helpless for several seconds. But hey, that's the risk you have to take when you are determined to single handedly stop a vehicle by ramming.

You guys in that RW are nuttier than a Fruitcake in May.

The question is did he do something illegal in regard to the law enforcement agent? If he did, they the agent can make an arrest. It's clear that Martinez was attempting to flee the agent. Driving his car in a circle in the middle of the road. He even said he knew they were law enforcement, so why was he fleeing?

He was trying to get video of the ICE Agents committing rape on a twelve year old girl to the News Stations.

Truth......you look for no such extea information when you like the narrative.
Opposite of the truth if you paid any attention, or your hate wasn't in the way.
My entire point here is there is CLEARLY something missing here, but all CNN wanted to do was present a narrative - ICE - BAD! BAD!
She did not question the man when he didn't answer the simple question "what led up to this"? Ya think maybe there is a reason he didn't answer??
My problem is I - DON'T - like that CNN would put this story up, with only HALF the story and did not follow up when the man refused to answer why this happened.
So who is it that is liking a narrative?

I wonder if this will end up like the "Mom of 3 abducted" story that turned out to be a hoax, and as soon as the truth came out, all the liberals largely disappeared from the conversation.

You believe the immigration police have the right to try and kill a US citizen? You want the federal government to have that power?

Not enough from the story to make an informed opinion. He was filming, so he knew they were ICE in the Jeep, then why was he running around in circles evading them.....one question I would like to hear the answer.

Secondly, there are people being paid to interfere with ICE operations, to antagonize, and intimidate them so they can get videos such as this. There's slight of hand, deceptive tactics here at work, imo......but really need more info.
