Is there no inconsistency in Zimmerman's story?

The truth has already been revealed. The trial will simply officially give GZ a new mailing address where he can become the Captain of Neighborhood Watch for Cell Block 16.

That was cruel and unnecessary and shows a shocking lack of decorum.

Wrong! They don't try to figure out what really happened nor do they search for the truth.

Trials are in the racket of testing evidence, to determine if the prosecution can carry its burden by proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

LOL

You do know that often times evidence is withheld and not released until the trial begins, right? If you don't have all the facts, and you very well probably don't, then how you can pretend to know everything?

That was cruel and unnecessary and shows a shocking lack of decorum.

Says the guy who calls Martin a nigga every chance he gets (to put it in context).

At least Zimmerman is still alive to be offended by the joke.

You're probably right. I should have just went outside, followed someone to create a confrontation then shoot the person dead. Then you would be worshiping me and I would get paid a couple hundred thousand dollars.

Wrong! You don't shoot the person dead.....You shoot to stop the threat....not to kill it.

You articulate that piss poor excuse of *you using deadly force* and you's goin' to da slammer

Which is what Zimmerman did.
He didn't continue shooting.
One shot.

That's sick. WTF is wrong with you?
I didn't bring up his daughter to the table for comparison to Zimmerman's head pounding. He did. What do you expect me to do in a debate where you are given an invalid analogy? It's fair game to tell him to do what Zimmerman claimed he suffered in order for the comparison to be valid.

But, save me your faux indignation. You want to know what's wrong in somebody, go look at yourself in the mirror.

Trayvon surely didn't ask to be followed in the dark first by truck then by foot and then shot to death. He certainly couldn't put himself to the forum table for debate that turned into personal attack of the dead. For a person who vilifies the dead victim of a murder case with obsessive persistency and wilful abusive name calling intended to be derogative without regards to the grieving parents of the dead child, you are certainly not in a position to act like a saint.

So glad you posted that.
With your statement in mind, why do you find GZ guilty?
It is up to a trial, judge and jury to decide.
All facts and evidence needs to be reviewed.

If GZ is found guilty, so be it and he needs to be held accountable.
What about you if GZ is found not guilty?

There is no pretending.

We have heard all the 911 calls.
And even seen interviews with said witnesses.
Then we have the specifics. The forensics reports that just continue to confirm what the other evidence has said.
That is pretty much everything.

And if there is anything out there that we do not know about, or a specific that we do not know about, it doesn't matter because we already know what the evidence in toto says... and that evidence from the above, also fits into what we know of the evidence in toto.

And what is that?
Oh yeah...

Serino said his investigation turned up no reliable evidence that cast doubt on Zimmerman's account – that he had acted in self-defense.

"The best evidence we have is the testimony of George Zimmerman, and he says the decedent was the primary aggressor in the whole event," Serino told the Sentinel March 16. "Everything I have is adding up to what he says."

Which is something that all the Traybots refuse to admit.

Is that the same Serino who thought Zimmerman lied about his injuries and thought manslaughter charges should have been brought up? Oh yeah, it is.

And? Come on, don't stop there.
Under what conditions did he indicate such and why was it indicated.
Come on, you know what was reported.
Don't just stop there, because doing so is dishonest, put them into context.

And when you do, it can bee seen that what he said last, was his actual position regarding the evidence.

The evidence does not dispute Zimmerman's account.

That means all this arguing Traybots are doing over the evidence is ridiculous.
They do not dispute Zimmerman's account as Tryabots believe they do.

I never found him guilty. I just want a trial...

I personally think he acted reckless and probably should face some sort of charge, but I haven't deemed him guilty of anything. Why do you make assumptions?

Most GZ haters despise due process, civil rights and rule of law. They are vigilante's, terrified, cowardly vigilante's only finding courage in mob collectives.

Is that the same Serino who thought Zimmerman lied about his injuries and thought manslaughter charges should have been brought up? Oh yeah, it is.

Serino stipulated at that he reversed himself on GZ's innocence and made such statements to protect his job, disqualifying his statement as he made it.

And again the absurdity of denying Zimmerman's injuries existed. Anyone who claims the EMT, police and his doctor lied and that the photos are all fake photoshopped is making such absurd statements persuasive to no one as to only mean the person has some deep, internal need to hate Zimmerman rawly and without reason. Such levels of hate are usually coming for deep, uncontrollable personal fear.

Where and when did he do this?
Can you show us?

Did you know that you have the order of Serino's statements reversed?
He filed the capias before saying that there wasn't enough evidence?

If he changed his story as the result of pressure to keep his job, it seems that the change was to "there wasn't enough evidence" rather than from "there wasn't enough evidence."

Can you show us where Serino "stipulated at that he reversed himself on GZ's innocence and made such statements to protect his job"?

Or are there no links to that information which can be accessed by our computers?

Serino is not a stupid man.. I think he absolutely saw through George.

Trayvon had nothing to do with the burglaries in that community.

And since he was not doing anything criminal, Zimmerman had no d*mn business confronting him. Especially since he was not an security officer or a cop.

The fact remains that Zimmerman shot an unarmed black kid walking back from the store and not committing a crime.

Serino believes the evidence supports a charge of manslaughter. That's why he signed an affidavit requesting manslaughter charges be filed. What he said in public was said to quell an increasingly outraged public outcry for justice which his superiors were denying Trayvon. But now it's likely going to trial and Serino will be able to explain to a jury why he thought manslaughter was appropriate.

George would be so much better off if he just told the truth... I hate that this has become about racism, partisan politics and now gun rights.

Why he thought??? Who gives a **** what he thinks or thought was appropriate..

The issue here is what, the hell can the state prove!

George has handed the state everything they need to convict him.

Ok, like what? and PLEASE don't deviate. Give me an outline of what constitutes evidence needed to convict Mr. Zimmerman

George Zimmerman’s personality traits

A sociopath like George creates an unreal perception of what is right and what is real in this world.

They are self-involved, disillusioned about reality, and fail to blame themselves for any wrongs that come from their actions.

Because the image portrayed to society is so important to a sociopath, they find it necessary to protect their own image using any necessary measures to gain an illusion of a grandiose character, like a Superman.

Sociopaths do not see wrong in their own actions and believe they are always in the right and everyone else is to blame. When a situation does not end the way they expect, they defend their own actions by blaming everyone else.

Most vigilante behavior begins with a narcissistic perception which believes the world is a better place now that they are in control.

The distorted perception that no one can do the job like them and that everything is better now that they have control.

Vigilant individuals usually ignore the rules they do not agree with, and create new rules that they feel are better suited for themselves.
