Actually it means that there are no prosecutable offences based on past prosecution protocol.

I could, but I have decided that I do not want to do so.
It will have to suffice that it is my opinion that Loretta Lynch is not incompetent...nor "just another political crook and liar."
You obviously are of the opposite opinion...and I will not ask you about why you came to that opinion. It is sufficient for me that you are of the opinion.
you keep making that stupid claim over and over without any proof. How about some proof there rather than acting like a parrot. are you black?
I flipped a coin, how about you?:lamo

There's a pretty big difference between disliking the Obama Administration and affirmative action, and disliking black people in general.
Is Loretta Lynch incompetent or is she just another political crook and liar?
If we are to believe that Lynch inadvertently met up with Bill Clinton on an airport tarmac and only discussed Clinton’s golf game and their grandchildren in the face of the FBI’s & Justice Department’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s insecure e-mails and the Clinton’s Foundation operations, then shouldn’t we also believe that Loretta Lynch is either an incompetent for exposing herself to the illegal impropriety or a liar?
No, I don't think that Lynch is incompetent. She's in a very tough position here. Apparently the FBI does have the criminal goods on Hillary and the Clinton foundation, Hill and Bill and Obama just want it to 'go away', but Comey apparently isn't going to let it happen. The typical rock and a hard place.
She can't really do anything about it but escape with as much of her integrity (such as it remains) in tact. Recusing herself allows her this escape, but also dings her integrity and honestly in a serious manner, as it's all but obvious what she's doing, and why.
Who wants to be the AG that brings down the corrupt and criminal house of Clinton?
Who wants to be the AG that brings down the coronated presidential candidate of the DNC establishment?
Who wants to be the AG that directly changes the outcome of a presidential election?
congress pressed her to. multiple letters were written and sent and phone calls were made for this to occur. she refused to do it.If the AG isn't capable of faithfully enforcing the law, a fundamental tenet of her office and role, isn't assigning and authorizing a special prosecutor the next order of business?
And there's a pretty big difference between disliking the Obama Administration and affirmative action, and disliking black people in general.
You claim Lynch isn't qualified solely because of affirmative action. I saw you do it.
among other things but that in no way proves your silly and moronic point. the AG should be among the best and the brightest people in the USA. Lynch doesnt come close
If one criticizes Lynch because of affirmative action, it is racist. Notice that is very different from criticizing affirmative action, which he didn't do. He criticized Lynch and used affirmative action to do so.
It is plainly racist.

Because she is black.
I really don't understand how that's racist. It doesn't seem like he was trying to be racist at all.
Because she is black. That's why you don't like her.

Could you please put the race card away? It's got nothing to do with TD's dislike of Lynch.
If you see Loretta Lynch (and Bill & Hillary Clinton) as negatively as you do...I would suggest you not vote for the Democratic Party candidate in the next election.
I will...and will do so with pleasure.
A vote for placing the corrupt into office. Not what I'd call being a responsible voter, but as you will.
of course you are right but BP has no other argument. There are plenty of Democrat loyalists in the DOJ who had much higher credentials. I worked with a few of them but they were white males or white females etc and thus weren't able to bring to the table what Obama clearly wanted
her race has nothing to do with her lack of credentials. its you who is making an idiotic assumption that is what we are saying. we are saying she is was picked for the job because of her race and gender-not the fact that she was the best available attorney for the job.
I just get real tired of the word "racist" being thrown around all the time.
I don't dislike her personally, I don't recall ever meeting her during my 24 years with DOJ. I dislike the way she was appointed and why she was appointed and the administration she serves
She served for 5 years as United States attorney for the east district of New York.
If you know of anyone who is more qualified, I would like to hear of it
