IPSO FACTO we have legal jurisdisction. As a fiscal conservative and a law and order type of guy I recognize that the cheapest and most secure place for us to stash him is a Supermax. Also though the death penalty is immoral there a good chance for the bloodthirsty types he gets a death penalty. The Feds are pretty good at that stuff. The OKC bomber was dead in a matter of years.

In a supermax like Colorado other than a prison guard he will literally never see a single other person. He will never see a clear horizon a landscape nothing! No TV limited to no reading material.
