If you interfere with federal law enforcement action, depending on the circumstances, you're looking at some pretty serious charges. Yes, you can fight them in court, but criminal defenses in federal cases are expensive. Just fighting the charges will deplete a lot of your savings.

People need to understand the consequences of the things they vote for.

If you interfere with federal law enforcement action, depending on the circumstances, you're looking at some pretty serious charges. Yes, you can fight them in court, but criminal defenses in federal cases are expensive. Just fighting the charges will deplete a lot of your savings.

People need to understand the consequences of the things they vote for.

Not easy, but done properly it’s just speech and therefore a two pronged analysis of the approiateness of the practice. The quicker it gets addressed by the courts ( the masked, no badge or other identification thing) the better.

If it isn’t it’s only a matter of time before violence becomes the only option left.
