Well my ideas are not perfect..
I Do not care about the gender, Male or Female does not matter when it comes to dealing with traitors.

Where are the ‘human rights activists’ when the next Muslim terrorist outrage happens; less ‘rights’ and a bit more responsibility from governments to protect their populations? ISIS, Boko Haram, Al Qaeda . . . is it time to say enough is enough and for the west to start to ban Islam and include it in the Human Rights Act and the U.N declaration, as a threat to humanity?
Is it time to demand that immigrants swear to uphold the host country laws, above that of their beliefs or religion, or face immediate deportation?

i dont think it is immigration,i think it is fear among europeans to enforce laws equally among muslims.rapes skyrocketed among many norse countries,yet enforcement of the law has been weak,almost nonexistent.in france and the uk crimes including murder in the name of a religion have gone weakly punished.it looks like europe is so afraid of upsetting islam that they will let them do what they want.

in the us though and the other side of the ocean,even canada,islam is still held under the laws of the land,rapes,vengeance killings,honor killings,sharia law etc are prosecuted heavily.religious freedom in america ends when your religions physically harms others,while in europe it tends to be that they are afraid of retribution for enforcing law.

europe should not ban immigrants or any religion,they just need to enforce their own laws equally,double standards especially in northern europe just encourage the same actions as they know they will get away with it.

So cultures and values can not "co-exist", by importing them we are importing their problems.

America is way behind the UK and Europe. We’ve had mass uncontrolled immigration for the past 15 years. What is happening in Europe now would also have been unthinkable 20 years ago. It’s a numbers game, the ghettos become bigger, the cries for equality louder, special considerations (affirmative action, civil rights
Community rights, minority rights), I’ll bet you never thought the Dearborn, Baltimore or Ferguson riots would happen twenty years ago, or that an estimated tiny 3.8% of gay Americans could produce gay marriage laws. They didn’t, the liberal population and lobby agenda did it for them; the rest just nodded agreement.

If you then have a Congress and a Senate that want to get elected, they will pander to the most vocal lobbyists and pressure groups, (try winning a Presidential election on a Hispanic deportation or black crime crackdown program); as the hundreds of thousands become millions and then tens of millions, it develops a momentum of its own and that’s what happened in the UK and Europe.

You have an estimated 13% of blacks in America; but if you’re white you're not allowed to say the ‘N’ word, you're unable to vote out mass immigration, you have a black President and affirmative action (reverse discrimination) for a small minority. Now swop that 13% for hard core Islamists and you’ll get what Europe has.

Black lives matter – stop attacking Muslims
Civil rights – Sharia law
Black Power – One nation under Islam
Kill Whitey – Kill those who insult the Prophet
 
Islam stopped progressing the day after it was invented. The man who now shouts, ‘kill the unbelievers’ is the same man who presided over the Salem witch trials, who was involved in the Spanish Inquisition and who fought in the Christian Crusades. He’s following an instruction manual, just like we do when we try to assemble that wardrobe we bought; if we deviate from what it says in the instruction booklet, we end up with a faulty product.
If it wasn’t for oil, which Middle Eastern country would have progressed further than a mud hut? Of course, current revisionism says that Muslims are great inventors, but when someone pointed out why are there no Nobel winners amongst Muslims, Mr. Obama (for international diplomacy) and Ms. Malala Yousufzai, (The Afghanistan girl blogger who put two fingers up to Al-Queda), quickly got one each. Which proves Muslims are . . . Nobel Prize winners.

Apparently, Muslims invented chess (Disputed - The original chess was invented in China, right around 200 B.C., by a military commander named Hán Xin). Coffee, (Disputed – The early Abyssinians were predominantly Orthodox Christians). The three course meal by Ali ibn Nafi in the 9th century? (Disputed – The Romans introduced it to Britain 600 years earlier in 43AD).

Islam wasn’t meant to progress and it was never designed to invent, it was meant to stay at the basic stage of conformity and subjugation. It’s where the Americans found many of them living in Afghanistan in caves and executing people for flying a kite. The Quran isn’t there for interpretation and it’s why there are no formal leaders as in Christianity; it’s a book to be read, followed and obeyed. It’s not something that can be updated to suit western tastes and preferences.

Western civilization, with its Thales, Plato and Aristotle (amongst others) all originated from Southern Europe, not from tribal Africa or the Middle East warlike desert tribes. The Renaissance and the Reformation, plus the Enlightenment age and industrial revolution was not something backward cultures thought of and introduced to the west. There is not an exodus from the west to the Islamic societies of Africa, or the Middle East.

Too bad it's not working for them. But our country was built on multiculturalism and thrives because of it. It can be messy, though. We have muslims in our military. Seems to work for us.

To answer the question in the title: No.

No more than banning guns for what less than 1% of gun owners do, banning Islam for what a small percentage do is just as insane....AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

I'd agree that the title of the thread is unfortunate.

However, what about what was stated in the body of the OP?

In that, he states "Is it time to demand that immigrants swear to uphold the host country laws, above that of their beliefs or religion, or face immediate deportation?"

Now that is a question will within the Constitution and reasonable, prudent response.

No. The first recognizes the right to believe and worship as we see fit. For me, God comes first, then country. Telling people they must be deported if they are beholden to God is a violation of the first. Further, creating a law that specifically targets any or all religions also violates the first. The law proposed would essentially create an elevated class of people that call themselves agnostic or atheist.

See, when the thread is full of Nazi talking points, it's legit to call it out. Crying about it doesn't change that, it just makes you look like you're trying to play the victim (and not succeeding)
