I don't see anything in the forum rules specifically forbidding what you ask about, however, rule 6a. Moderator Actions could be construed as a prohibition, in my opinion.

Perhaps contacting a Moderator directly about your question would get a better answer or, to be on the safe side, perhaps you should just limit those kinds of statements to the "Where's my Binky" forum.

if you are a good standing poster and dont report anything and everything and the thread was going pretty normal

id GUESS it MIGHT not be looked that way especially if the post in question was obvious ad/spam . . hate speech . . . pure very direct racism/bigotry and or a pure direct personal threat


but if you are a poster that reports everything and anything and most times its not an actual violation or you are in the middle of some back and further and then things just didnt go your way it could easily be looked at as a B/F/T or "playing mod"

my best advice is just to report it . . no need to mention it

but also make sure its a solid report, reporting anything and everything can get your report button removed and that has happened to nutter posters here LOL

General policy should be ok to talk about, but not actual moderator actions(or lack thereof) that have happened. I would hate to see someone get accidentally suspended.

I've been posting on forums since AOL was big. I read forum posting rules for the first year then I figured out all TOS rules on every forum, political, book club, literary, were haphazardly and capriciously enforced so I stopped reading TOS.

Then on this forum I made the huge mistake of looking at my points and warnings and crap, I couldn't figure out what they meant, so I read TOS. My fault, I knew better.

TOS didn't help me so I asked. I was directed to rules that didn't remotely apply. So I asked again. I was told I couldn't ask where I was asking. So I asked where I was directed to ask. I got no reply. So I asked somewhere else and eventually got suspended for 3 days without ever getting an answer.

So I've gone back to my system of never worrying about TOS and just posting what I want to post. Works fine.

Theoretically, if you were to report me and send me a message saying that you reported me in such a way that that was kind of vague (to protect yourself), I would never have a problem with that. I would just read it and move on and not let it bother me. And I would certainly not tell anyone else.

I like libertarian boards -no rules -but the downside is the threads are almost immediately derailed into food fights
I got tired of my other board because of that and moved here - i had to change my mindset -*things i'd like to say*
