Is it acceptable to damage Teslas as a form of protest against Trump/Musk?

Maybe, depending on how ‘woke’ the prosecution in your area is. How an alleged six-time offender gets considered to be a first-time offender is a bit of a stretch.

The Hennepin County Attorney's Office has decided not to file criminal charges against a 33-year-old man accused of inflicting $21,000 in damage to six Teslas in Minneapolis over a few-day span.

Instead, the office will file for Dylan Bryan Adams, of Minneapolis, to be entered into an adult diversion program meant for first-time, low level offenders.

So you're of the mindset people should burn Teslas because they don't like Musk.
Now I know why Leftists inhabit this web site.
They can broadcast totally Leftist, violent, provocative, and dangerous rhetoric on sites like these and find others who will agree with them.
You should be glad you can visit this echo chamber for Leftist nihilists. There are those here who accept what you believe as normal behavior.
& if you get caught, pay the price.

There are plenty catching fire on their own, there's no need for criminal damage.
Another misconception by people who really know little about Teslas. Over 4+ million Teslas have been produced and delivered, the percentage of those that have had fires is 0.01%. And those are usually because of an accident. ICE vehicles are more than 60 times more likely to catch fire than an EV.
