I’ll go with yes. Now the question is: how that should be accomplished?
Does the floor mopper pick a nice apartment nearby and tell his employer what that will cost per month and also supply a grocery list with a total monthly cost estimate? With that as a base salary amount, how much more should they be paid to be able to afford medical care, utilities, clothing and perhaps some furniture or occasional entertainment?
