Is having sex with transgender women gay?

So if years ago the scrap cube was considered a car, it means we shouldn't be able to differentiate between a car and a scrap cube today? What a dumb idea. Everybody knows they're men dressing up as women. They know it. Only you are having trouble.
You're still trying to foster off a false analogy. Again, you are comparing the altering of something's fundamental shape and function, to something where the fundamental shape and function remains the same. Specific styles and colors and such can change, but a skirt is always a skirt, even if we call it a kilt. High heels are high heels, whether they are block or stiletto. But if you think that hose, heels, corsets, make-up and wigs are women's only clothing, I have some bad news for you about the Founding Fathers.

No because you're having sex with someone with the attributes of a woman. If women is only defined by the possession of a vagina then cisgender women who survived being born as only a torso are not real women.
Someone born male will never be a woman. It doesn't matter if they cross dress or even alter their body. Two men having sex with each other is gay even if one of them has breast implants.

No, I didn't. I asked about a scrap cube. Let's say it was a scrap cube 50 years ago (same exact shape) and 50 years ago people called it a car. Does that mean it is a car today?

You are still off on your parallel, and strawmaning the hell out of my argument. I'm making a point as to which sex/gender something belongs to. At what point did women wearing slacks stop being cross dressing? At what point did men wearing heels become cross dressing? Why on both?

So you're saying it's not gay if I touch "her" penis?

If you don't want to talk parallels, then don't. I didn't mention heels or slacks. I posted this:

:ROFLMAO:

I said it before...these leftist men on this site would literally get ****ed by a man just to prove how woke they are. NO...ITS not gay! Nu uh! Is not!!! He said he is a woman!

And to be clear...I don't care that they would, and I don't care that people are gay. But these quasi-straight democrats are a ****ing laugh riot.

We could do so if you weren't using a false analogy fallacy in your parallel.

I posted this:

Correct, and I asked what makes that cross dressing. Dresses used to be a men's fashion in the past at one point (at least) and a men's and women's fashion at other points. At what point did it become cross dressing, and what would be the point at which is were no longer so?

Correct, and I asked what makes that cross dressing.
It's generally exclusively how women dress in our society.

Who cares?

And do you know if that person is from our society? If they are from another society where dresses are common men's wear, are they still cross dressing? Is their whole society cross dressing?

Who cares?

Fashions change. What was once men's wear is now women's wear, and vice versa. So is this cross dressing or another shift in fashion? How do you tell the difference?

It's cross-dressing.
How do you tell the difference?
Because everybody else is still dressed the same.

There's not a culture where a man wearing a dress that shows off a bust that he doesn't have exists.

Fashion is a trend it's when it doesn't follow a trend.

More and more men are starting to wear dresses and other "women's clothes" outside of trans women. We've got this guy for example:

And I keep getting file too large errors for other examples, so we'll do the link thing. These are not cross dressers, nor trans women, at least for the most part. The fashion is shifting again. So I ask again, what is the line? What makes the tipping point from cross dresser, or fashion change?

You have not established any statistical significance.

You expect people to assume all trans people have criminal tendencies.
I don't deflect at all, although to you my refusal to vector straight to those anecdotal examples of convicted criminals must feel like deflection because you'd feel deflection if you had anti-gravity boots on.
I've only said that the male trans convicts have criminal tendencies. Those tendencies include figuring out how to game a political system in which Liberals prioritize trans rights over the rights of biological women.

So basically if the person lies about something about themselves, there is a legal consequence? How far do you want to go with that?
I addressed only the ethics of concealment, not legal consequences. Try responding to what I wrote.

k thing. These are not cross dressers, nor trans women,
They are absolutely crossdressers some of them are even drag queens which is a type of crossdresser.

I don't think it is.

The trend or the second time.

All convicts have criminal tendencies, because that's why they are convicts.
But now you're claiming (without evidence I might add) that male trans criminal convicts operate some kind of political operation that controls some vast ocean of leftists to force them to take away rights from biological women.

I guess this must be something born in the prisons of libtard America, and only the libtard prisons because....what....because libtard prisons produce chemtrails that control people's minds?
Are these robotically controlled libtards and demonic trans convicts in the room with you and I right now?

Dismissed without evidence.
You are making a mockery of this.

That's what I am asking you. What is the statistical turning point? I am willing to accept (although not necessarily agree with) the argument that even if the man wears the clothes because that is personal preference over wanting to wear and be the opposite sex, that it is cross dressing. But I have shown where, in history, those same clothes were not cross dressing. So what is the tipping point where you can say for sure, one way or the other, whether it is cross dressing or not?

That's what I am asking you. What is the statistical turning point?
Dunno. But I don't see it often in daily life.

I don't know what the precise tipping point is. That doesn't make my position any less valid, or your position any more valid. A capsized boat is a capsized boat even if the passengers don't know where the precise tipping point is. The same applies to a boat that hasn't capsized.

Why is there a problem with being gay or bisexual? Do you believe that you are less of a person because you are not heterosexual?

Its not a choice that people make because our sexual orientation is innate from before birth, just as our eye and hair color. Just like who you like and stop harassing other people because you cannot accept your own sexuality due to ignorance and bigotry.

No you just not heterosexual if you're a guy and you're hooking up with another guy that dresses and identifies as a woman. Do you, more power to you.

Right so you understand why straight men must reject men who identifies with it because they aren't actually women.

Pointing out that a guy who has sexual behavioral with another guy is not straight is not harassment it's truth. Even if that guy identifies as a woman.

If someone identified as a gorilla you wouldn't be engaging in bestiality if you had a sexual relationship with them.

You realize that nothing you said touches on the points and specific sub topic we were talking about, right?
