That's not what I saw in the hearings last week. The stuff with Kavanaugh wasn't about race in any way. That was the excuse many of them used for treating her so badly. In reality, they had absolutely nothing bad to say about her. She is more qualified than most of the current justices.

That really only leaves my two reasons. No one ever openly admits they hate a person because of race or gender. They just treat her like shit and make excuses for why their doing it.

I am sure he was basing his opinion on her attempted reset with Russia. Trump had been doing business with Russia for a long time. Trump is transactional for Trump. He based his adoration for HRC on one thing and one thing only. Because we all know, he had no worldly idea what else was going on diplomatically.

It amounts to thinking that the persons cannot compete equally. In the case of a racist, that is the pure definition. Thinking a race is inferior. So, they need the unfair help.

I don't see any affirmative action at play here. Biden promised he would make a black woman his nominee because black women were primarily responsible
for his election, just like evangelicals are primarily responsible for republican victories, Hence Amy Coney Barret.

That phrase has been coopted to mean inferior or under-qualified. What it means to me is taking affirmative actions to seek a highly-qualified, black woman. And Biden did that. I wonder if they would be so upset if his choice had been a white person.
