Cool. Thank you. It is not a job and not more difficult than jobs.

,
It should never be considered a "job" . It's a lifetime committment, so if you want to judge it as a job, consider it the most important one you'll ever have with no opt out options.

Some mothers abandon children when it suits them to do so. 🤷‍♂️

It depends on the kid.
It depends on far more than that. As a parent, we don't get to choose the individuality of our children. Perfect parents don't always produce perfect kids. Perfect parents often produce imperfect kids. Bottom line, it's not a JOB, it's called parenting, and you either do it, or you don't. It's NOT a job, it's far more than that.

That's true. I am near flawless but my kid is defective. I tried to return him but his mom said no I was stuck with him as is. The next is coming from Amazon because of their return policy 😝

You think you're near flawless? 😆 😆 😆 😆 Amazon has an awesome return policy, but I wouldn't trust them on kids...

Is being a mother the most difficult job in the world?
Especially if all they have is alimony and child support.

the most difficult job in the world
That is subjective. Or put another way - individual.

It depends on the person and can only ever depend on the person.
For some out there it may be, while for others it isn't.

It isn’t a job 🤷‍♀️

You get paid for a job.

Is it difficult?

Depends on what you call “difficult” and it depends on the day 🤷‍♀️.

I’ve noticed several common themes among my peers as parents.

There are those who had children by accident - meaning, they were not actively trying to have children but did.

There are those who had children on purpose - meaning they wanted those children and planned on having them.

I’ve found that those who had children by accident tend to find the act of being parents more challenging and burdensome than those that planned for and went into having children on purpose.

🤷‍♀️

There's no such thing as TDS. It's more like "normal people hate this monster" and it's not a syndrome, it's a world-wide sentiment. He's the only one in this picture thats deranged.
Are you saying the 77,000,000 Americans who voted forTrump are not normal?

Is being a mother the most difficult job in the world?
Not at all. Have a few shots of tequila and a little lack of judgement and damned near any woman can become a mother.

Being a good mother? That's different and it can be hard but, from what I've seen of the best mothers I know, loving enough that you properly balance patience, discipline, compassion, admiration, expectations, understanding and a true appreciation for developing the next generation to be the best they can be, is FAR more a blessing than anything else.

That depends on a wide variety of different circumstances.

yes

women are incredible

that doesn't mean some women can't walk hand in hand with Satan ....

Being a parent is its own full time job on top of your full time job. However, I think that it's much more difficult to have a high risk job like a soldier at war, a firefighter, or a police officer. I prefer my second job as a parent, and I respect those who work high risk jobs.

Satanists!

Well said!

Eve got us kicked-out of the Garden of Eden thanks to Satan's machinations, so I'm not sure women should even be allowed to become mothers.

MAGA.

It's difficult for a limited number of years, but not the most difficult thing if you do it right. If you don't do it right within the first years, whatever you did wrong will come back to bite you and you no longer have control.
Also, there are so many influences from the outside world: friends, schools, culture, teachers, etc… one can try to limit those kinds of influences if they’re bad, but it’s hard to have 100% controlled.

My son has now fortunately grown up to be a fine young man- but I have to admit, there are so many sides and interests to his personality which are totally unfamiliar to me. I have resigned myself to realizing as parents we do not have total control. There are so many other things going on in these kids’ worlds. At some point, it’s a matter of good or bad luck, you just have to hope they don’t fall in with a bad crowd.

Nope. It is the obsession to talk about Trump regardless of the subject that makes if ****ing pethetic.

Oh well @TamleeB decided to talk about Trump, like you, while I was discussing the subject.

Tht's a stupid question. This thread is open to all members, Male and female, mothers and fathers.

That you for your stupid reply.

Of course, it's stupid to wonder how a man would know, in any way, if mothering is the most difficult job there is.

Possibly, if he's the stay-at-home-dad. That would be about it. And even then, I am not so sure.

Well since you decided to complain about it, I would think Trump probably does have one of the most difficult jobs in the world as president.

Does it take some kind of derangement to admit that being president is probably an unusually difficult job?
This thread is about Mothers, do try to focus.

Men who don't want a kid should be responsible enough to prevent pregnancy. Women who don't want a kid often have no choice. There's no good or bad here. Theres only responsible and irresponsible.
Jessie…what do you mean that if women don’t want a kid often have no choice?

:ROFLMAO: Negative. I didn’t bring Trump into this thread, but I did call out the hijacking of the thread that clearly took place.
