This is a prime example of someone who hates Trump so much that he'll believe any headline he sees that's anti-Trump without even thinking about it. Where's the intellectual honesty? Not every move Trump makes is evil, gasp-producing and worthy of a thread on this forum.

This thread is one more exhibit in evidence why the Democrats still cannot understand why they keep losing.

Their post modern chucking of proven (but you know, these are simply old ideas, so many, too many devised by those evil old "white dudes") forms of reason and logic for new and improved, in fantasized, infantanalized theory forms that they sincerely believe...or feel anyhow.

To be so wrong about something so obvious...

Did you misread the title of the piece or you didn't read the piece? I listened to the whole speech and while it was one of those sort of disconnected, ad libbed, campaign style Trump speeches, the crowd was not booing him. They did boo CNN and NBC when he mentioned them.

And unfortunately, that makes your title for this thread the same kind of 'fake news' that we have been regularly seeing from the MSM lately. I will allow that you didn't carefully read what you linked as the reason for that.

I think you've done a poor job vetting your premise.

It's probably not helpful to provide evidence of the disconnect many are challenged with, in this time of anger in the population.

The problem is, the headline on the RCP piece didn't say that the crowd booed Trump. :) A case of misreading for sure, but yes, that the misreading deserved a thread is questionable.

Here's another piece on the same rally. The Business Insider is another publication that has been seriously anti-Trump. They were doing okay with coverage of the event except for the pointedly negative tone until you get near the bottom where you see this--inserted but irrelevant to the rally:

On Tuesday, Trump had tweeted that he has basically given up on getting help from Chinese President Xi Jinping on North Korea after investing a lot of effort to coaxing Beijing to use its influence on Pyongyang.

Now honestly, what reasonable person would interpret that tweet as the Business Insider interpreted it unless you were a biased blinded, dedicated Trump hater?

We won't be moving in the right direction until more good people stop misrepresenting, misquoting, misinterpreting what the President and others say and start looking for ways we can all move forward. The bitter hatred, acrimony, toxic rhetoric, and refusal to look for or see anything good is only hurting us all.

For one thing, we obviously get elected to a lot more positions lately.

That the establishment types on both sides are hindering the president pushing in the areas that step on the too long establishment toes, that I will agree
