I think it would be very irregular if a COD hasn’t been determined, since the remains have been cremated and buried.

Early on his family apparently said that blood clots had caused a stroke. Now, unless we are to believe that a man in his early 40s just happened to find himself with blood clots in the hours after engaging a violent mob than injured more than 140 cops, it seems reasonable to believe there is a correlation there.
