What about people who are social contract thinkers?
So, as a fetus has made absolutely no concious choices, and therefore is unable to do anything wrong, they are entitled to life. But someone who is alive and knows the rules of society and still decides to break the law, why can't it be looked at that they are no longer entitled to the protection of life by society, and therefore could be executed for murder?
