Intelligent Design

oh.. and another thing.

mind exists in all animals.. it is the degree of evolving that differs.

will exists in all animals.

emotion; to some degree exists in all animals.

in short; spiritually links us all.

man is differentiated by self awareness.. and self awareness alone. not god.

Actually, all animals have evolved suitable to their environment. To suggest that we have evolved more than them is wrong. They have just evolved differently. Almost all animals are self aware. They are aware that they take up space and that they are a being, if nothing else.

heh....welcome to Kansas....where you Reap what you Sow:

Kansas Ranks Last in School Science Standards
AP

A national education group says Kansas has the nation's worst science standards for public schools.

And the Thomas B. Fordham Institute condemns the state for rewriting its definition of science and treating evolution as a flawed theory.

The assessment comes after the State Board of Education approved the new standards last month. The Washington-based institute said Kansas' treatment of evolution "makes a mockery of the very definition of science.''

Supporters contend the new standards will expose students to valid criticisms of evolutionary theory and promote openness in the classroom. Board Chairman Steve Abrams called the institute's assessment "fraudulent.''

The institute described such changes as the result of a "relentless'' promotion of intelligent design. The concept holds that some features of the universe are best explained by an unspecified intelligent cause because they're orderly and complex.

Yes, back to fundies who care so much for their kids that they deliberately lie to them and put their future higher education at risk. kansas will be a state of people who dig ditches and pick up roadkill, with all of their professionals and scientists having to come from outside the state.

What child abuse these fundies are perpetrating on their kids.

To be fair you can completely understand things like accounting, business, math, most history/political science, and lots of other stuff with out getting science. But that lack of understanding of science is quite crippling if you want to be a scientific researcher, teacher/professor, science book writter, or invovled in other related fields of study.

Simple. God created created them.(Day 6 in the creation process in the book of Genesis).
Of course god wrote the book of genesis, as well as all of the bible and not man right? Thus of course we are required to take all that is written within the holy book for the literal truth right?

Then again your argument is also based that Man is too complicated to have possibly have evolved by chance, it must then have been created by an itelligent designer. Well then according to that rational, who created that designer? Well it'd have to be a much more intelligent designer and so on and so forth. Bringing us into a never ending circular argument that has actually disproved the existance of your god by fallacy of logic. Good job.
