Illegal Aliens in Deportation Hearings are allowed to Work for up to 5 Years

America FIRST
Get the facts FIRST

The native-born adult population has declined over the past year:

The native-born population has been shrinking and therefore the number of native-born workers has also been shrinking.

This has nothing to do with illegal immigration. It's solely because the native-born population has flattened out:

The US death rate has subsided from its COVID peak and is now only a bit higher than it was in 2019, so the overall population decline this year has to be due mostly to a change in the native-born birth rate around 2008. And sure enough, the US birth rate started to plummet right about 2008. What we're experiencing now is an echo of the Great Recession.

The percentage of the native-born population that's working is about the same as it's been for a long time.

You appear to be missing the main thrust of his position, which is

IF
all of "Those People" would "go back to where they came from"
THEN
American would return to the "White Christian Majority" state (with only male suffrage)
THAT
God Originally Intended it to be.

Once you have completely internalized that cosmic verity then you can see that the ONLY thing for any rational person to do is to vote for Donald Trump in 2024, 2028, 2032, 2036, 2040, 2044, 2048, 2052, 2056, and 2060

Thanks TU. I'd missed the obvious.

Also, letting millions of people cross the border with Mexico illegally and then apply for asylum (which allows them to apply for work permits after a 150-day wait, with arrivals from a few countries able to skip the line) is not exactly the fairest or most efficient way to fill gaps in the US labor supply. There are valid disagreements about how much immigration the US should allow and whose requests to work here should get priority.

I came across an article this morning commenting on the employment increases Biden has been speaking on. And it appears an overwhelmingly amount of these jobs have gone to illegal aliens.

While that is not surprising there was something that did surprise me. And that is even those who are in deportation hearings are allowed to work for up to 5 years while the hearings play out.

President Biden touts how he is deporting illegals at a very high rate. A quick review of statistics show ~89% of deportation hearings result in deportation. It varies depending on the court the cases are heard.

Of course, some will say "so what"?

On the flip side we can ask how exactly does this rule benefit Americans?

It seems counter productive to rally cry around higher wages when the illegals will work for the lower wages than those who are fighting for higher wages.

Its a zero-sum game. 🤷‍♂️

Even it was all true, which I doubt, why is it bad that these folks are allowed to work? They pay taxes, they pay into SS, they are not being housed in detention centers costing taxpayers some $50K a year to take care of them.

Economically speaking, it's the only logical thing to do.

You're going to need to show your work on this one.

We'll wait.

"Without Immigrants, US Working-Age Population Would Shrink"
I have no argument with this premise, nor taking actions to address this working age population shortfall . . . legally and transparently.

I disagree how it's being done, by hook or crook, without sufficient vetting, with all the chaos, the secret immigrant flights all over the country, the accelerated path to citizenship, all of that needless and politically motivated baggage which the Biden / Harris administration have piled in.

I further don't believe that the Biden / Harris administration ever considered this issue in any of their migrant / border decision making, I think it was all driven by political and ideological motivations.

Do you think it might be driven by US law and three ratified treaties conserving refugees and asylum as well?

Nobody is "letting" millions of illegals cross the border.

They are apprehending and expelling more than under the Trump years.

The 5 year rule applies to EADs (Employment Authorization Documents) which means these people would have to file such documents if they fall within specific guidelines.
Your statement that 'illegal aliens' (meaning they are here illegally, avoiding any notification of their existence in the US, and are avoiding US Immigration) are the ones given basically a 5 year work permit is misleading and false.

Isn't America already mostly white?
Currently sitting at around 59.3% and falling. (That is, if you use real data and don;t rely on what the folks at FOX News tell you).

In 1940, the population was 89.8% white.
In 1950, the population was 89.5% white.
In 1960, the population was 61.6% white.
In 1970, the population was 65.0% white.

What's with the constant zerocred shit? Given what we've learned recently, I'm sure that I'm not the only one asking questions.

...is "most" / "majority"
If you can't answer that question for yourself, I don't think that I can give you any more assistance.

Mind you, I rather suspect that the majority of Mr Trump's supporters WOULD like to "return America to its glory days (of the 1950s)".

Again I have to ask and apologize if I have been told before, but has Trump ever been asked and responded to “when was America great and when and how did it stop being great?” Has he specified a time period or set of circumstances when the country had then lost its greatness?

IF that is true how is more the Biden administration problem than the people violating federal law by hiring the undocumented?

Seems to me your problem ought to be with those employing them.

While that is not surprising there was something that did surprise me. And that is even those who are in deportation hearings are allowed to work for up to 5 years while the hearings play out.

Better to have them here for five years in our broken system that needs repair, living in the dole, and there was legislation that might have taken steps to fix it, steps the Republican Congressional leadership approved, that ceased to be because Trump made it go away?

And Schummer refused to pick up a bill the House passed previous to that.

A previous bill that was passed on because it didn’t meet the Democrats wants for such a bill.

Yet the Pubs win, the Dems fold on the next bill and give the Congressional Pubs a bipartisan Bill that was probably around 90% of what the Pubs wanted, a Republican political victory, and the Congressional Pubs tossed it because Trump told them to chuck it.

If the Pubs wanted that Bill the way it became because they honestly thought it was what was best for the country, but tossed it when they could get it because Trump told them he wanted it left unresolved so he could run in it, is that not stating Republicans are all about Party BEFORE country?

As I have posted before, at this stage, Trump and many in the GOP would rather have the immigration issue to campaign on than any legislation or policy proposals to take credit for.

That’s the what.

I’d like an honest answer as to why.

I believe that they believe that it’s a winner for them politically to have the problem unaddressed while the campaign continues. If the bipartisan deal that was in the works before Trump killed it had passed or seemed likely to pass, that might have weakened one of Trump’s issues. He apparently was asked why he keeps mentioning Hannibal Lector, and said Lector is the type of person coming across the border. I assume he feels he wins by demonizing migrants.
