Until a little while ago you had to have a negative test to enter GermanyWhy would I try to avoid Germany?
Until a little while ago you had to have a negative test to enter GermanyWhy would I try to avoid Germany?
Don't you think that was quite sensible?Until a little while ago you had to have a negative test to enter Germany
So that could be a reason why Germany would want to avoid someone but not why someone would want to avoid GermanyUntil a little while ago you had to have a negative test to enter Germany
Well put!So that could be a reason why Germany would want to avoid someone but not why someone would want to avoid Germany
Rumpel:Just see it as a poll about the popularity of Germany's neighbours - counted clockwise![]()
No fear!Rumpel:
You left out one neighbour. Russia! It's Novichok for you! Tsar Vlad will not be pleased.
I know you’re a conisseur!
I know you’re a conisseur!
In Slovak, it’s kolačky or kolačh
Rumpel:No fear!
Germany and Russia have no common border.
When I said "neighbour countries" - that meant countries that share a common land border with Germany.
------------
Btw: I have been to Russia.
Twice to Perm near the Ural, and once to Krasnodar in the Caucasus.
Because Krasnodar and my city are twin cities.Krasnodar eh? Why?
Kaliningrad is still known as Königsberg here.I was thinking about Kaliningrad
Rumpel:Kaliningrad is still known as Königsberg here.![]()
I know where it is - but I won't tell.the Amber Room?
Well some border workers were not able to go to work, there were actually a few people who could not leave their homes because the only way out of their property was over German streets, they could not even go and get a test.Don't you think that was quite sensible?
And not a reason to avoid Germany, but rather the contrary.
Because they could not get a test or did not want to get a stick in their nose for a visit to Germany. So that could be a reason why Germany would want to avoid someone but not why someone would want to avoid Germany
Stick in the nose I can see but unable to get the test would be a reason they cant go to Germany but not a reason why they would not want to go.Because they could not get a test or did not want to get a stick in their nose for a visit to Germany.
But you make the cutest little clocks! Now even 14 out of 23 say: at the end of the day I would visit Germany, all the same
Surprising!
But politically correct Germans tell everybody all the time that Germany is a very very bad country where everybody is a Nazi - except those few politically correct people themselves. And that Germany is a very racist and fascist and imperialist and neo-colonist country - and that every German is a racist and a fascist and an imperialist and a neo-colonist - with the exception of those few politically correct people again.
You are right!
If you were visiting Europe but tried to avoid Germany, which of its neighbour countries would you prefer?
Germany is by far Germany's closest neighborhood. One reason for choosing the these countries: There is a clearly defined list now!
If I had just chosen some European countries at random, then the usual protest had arrived:
"You forgot X!"
"You forgot Y!"
"Why did you not include Z?"
But by choosing a clearly defined list, nobody can claim that I had "forgotten" any country.
And in the end I even included Gerrmany - though Germany is no neighbour of Germany, of course!![]()
