If Online Gamers Were Honest

On line game are nice but some games over adds of other peoples
 
I've played Left 4 Dead 2 on line a few times, but whoever has the game on line has set it at the highest level, and it's hard to take down the zombies without firing more than one shot. Also, the other players don't seem to know how to play the game, and when you get knocked down, won't bother to heal you. I have to initiate all the action just like when I just play the PC. Then I have the problem with the other players shooting me in the back all the time. I can't say much for online playing, but with a satellite system, Left 4 Dead is about all I can play without serious lag.

As someone who has played both console and pc games online I would say both do it.

I accidentally "liked" this post, with which I entirely disagree. I don't know how to undo that. To be clear, I completely agree with subsequent posts: There are assholes all over the gaming world. It's not just PC vs. Console. It's the culture by itself. This is really not a big deal. It's totally deserving of mockery (hence this thread), but it's not at all a big deal. At the end of the day, if you don't have a sense of humor about gaming, you have a sad, pathetic life, and please, for the love of God, go to a bar or something.
 
Back to the topic at hand I am pretty much just like that guy who gets angry and starts throwing out accusations of cheating. Which is why I decided to stop using a mic.

Nah.

It's mostly just a certain type of gamer - most often one who plays a FPS/shooter-type game. But there are crossovers.
