If a woman's right to terminate were overturned

If I worship anything, Grannie,... I worship our Constitution and the ideals (freedom, life, equal protections and due process among others) that it stands for.

I reported your personal attack for the rules violation that it is.

Good luck with that.

I should be flattered that someone falsely accuses me of worshipping something which I don't?

I agree, Granny is mistaken.
You've already admitted your antichoice stance is "not about saving the lives of unborn children".
It's solely about oppressing females.
She probably has you mixed up with someone else.

Whelp, looks like a good place to call a "wrap" for this latest round of "is not; is too," in the abortion debacle, er I mean debate.

I'm sorry I have to break my self imposed ban here for a post or two and ask "where do those of us who oppose abortion but are not religious" fit into this analysis of yours?
So much for integrity and the worth of your word.

Well, he did say a post or two so maybe he'll still honor it.

Or maybe he's one who only believes his word has meaning if he takes an oath.

While I appreciate your efforts in holding me to my word (in ways you can't even know),... I expect to be held to the rules when I pop back in,... and for you (who want to make these threads about me instead of the subject at hand) to do the same.

"It aint about me." (use a Dr. Phil voice)

Sure it is. You flounced, you came back.

You're so cute when you try to be mysterious. Norly.

What would all you pro-lifers then do with all the hours you no longer needed to waste preaching on message boards. Would you start tilting at other windmills?

Is being for the preservation of life a bad thing or something? Seriously... you sound pathetic. And since when is sharing ideas a bad thing?

Then move to a country that does so.

By the way, what do you feel is a fair 'persecution'?

ahhh... the old, "if you don't like it, leave" argument. Brilliant. How about those that disagree use legal and intellectual means to change things for what they consider the betterment of society?

Hey Dr. MLK and you millions of blacks, how about you move to a country that doesn't oppress blacks instead of debating against segregation? Yeah, Brilliant.

Moderator's Warning:
Let's leave the off-handed personal swipes out of this thread shall we?

Your first comment is eyeroll-worthy.

I didn't say persecution. I think the doctors who perform abortions and the mothers who ask for them (with the exceptions of those where the mother's life is in danger) should be charged with first degree murder. That's what happens when you hire someome to murder another person....both the killer and the mastermind are at fault.

Wow, you bounced right on over "eyeroll-worthy" to completely irrational. There is no logic to your reasoning. It is NOT MURDER.

Did you just miss the moderators warning?

It is NOT MURDER.

In your opinion. If a person believes that humanhood/life begins at conception, it is murder. There is no way to really prove one way or another...

Okay. The law states it is not murder.

You asked me how I would want them to be prosecuted. It's not my fault that you disagree.

Okay. The law states it is not murder.

And the law once stated that beating a black man until his skin came off in bloody strips wasn't assault or attempted murder either. But....wasn't it?

Oh of course I saw it! It was posted right after you took back-to-back swipes at me.

#159 was a swipe at you, an individual that just took a swipe at perhaps millions of people. Perspective should be maintained here...
#160 has no swipes at all in it... and you also ignored the logic in it, why?

Okay. The law states it is not murder.

And that is why people discuss their points of view. Many times they do this in an effort to change laws. Nothing wrong with that... so why are you insulting millions of people's beliefs?
