If a MeToo issue gets uncovered with MLK, Jr., should his holiday be cancelled?

I flat-out don't believe it. I mean, "At the Willard Hotel, King and his friends’ activities resumed the following evening as approximately 12 individuals “participated in a sex orgy” which the prudish [Assistant Director William C. So then what's your opinion on MLK then? You think he is a monster and rapist? What do you suggest America do?

And secondly, METOO isn't a leftist movement. It's a movement of mostly women, against rape and sexual assault. Many men on both sides of the political spectrum have been taken to task, so you have no factual reason to even suggest it's a politically partisan movement against the right wing.

And third, you constantly talk about having grandkids. I imagine there are young girls in your family you care about. METOO is about all girls and women, and society not tolerating them being assaulted and raped. So you really should take a hint, and start worrying about rape and sexual abuse before you start making this into some BS weaponized political issue only involving other women and girls you don't care about.

You should care about sexual assault and rape, because it's a matter of humanity. It's not an issue of political partisanship.

The thing about it is, as a conservative I view that MLK's place in history lies in his many and very important accomplishments to our society and his legacy should not be tarnished by his personal failings because whatever they were, they didn't change his accomplishments, and furthermore I believe everyone can at any time repent and die in God's friendship.

This is the proper way of viewing things, but the left of course does not agree.

I don't know. Not sure I believe it, hence why I prefaced the rest of my statements with "IF",

What should America do? Hold people who are living accountable for their actions, and prosecute if they have done something illegal both in and outside of the workplace.

To me, this MLK thing is the same sort of unfounded innuendo and rumor that was spread about Justice Kavanaugh.
You have to have corroborating evidence for me to be convinced that someone is laughing at the act of rape.

I'm a racist who hates King because he was for equal rights, all I care about King's holiday or #metoo is looking for a way for a win for racists by ending the holiday, can this be it if I use #metoo against him?

It’s no wonder you have no issue supporting a self declared ***** grabber. How would you feel if a man grabbed your granddaughter sexually?

Nobody has the right to care about anything, but I have the right to judge them for not caring.

You have to remember the times and how many racists were making up stories about him to stop the movement where our country recognized that blacks were equal to whites.

Yeah, still hard to believe that a nation full of Christians were preventing equal rights of, you know, God's children.
