I'm trying to get a handle on this and I feel like I'm in a rowboat with one oar and the current is too strong, but let me try another way; with a different oar.so...
Are you saying that if anyone comes in w/o being processed at a border station, then the border is "open"?
Or is there some other criterion that makes a border an open border?
How does one tell if a border is open or not?
Do you think a fence on ANY part of the borders of the U.S.A. is a good idea?
You know, for an example I remember so many years ago. My pa was stationed at Loring AFB up in Maine and Canada was up the road a bit and when we drove up there, we had to stop at this place where some folks would sort of look in the car and maybe ask a question or two.
Now what do you reckon was the reason for that little location and them kind officials?
Actually, I messed up there, didn't I?
I'd like you to stay focused on my "fence" question, please. Thank you.
