"ICE agents assaulted amNewYork’s own Dean Moses, and allegedly attacked another journalist, on Tuesday morning as they were documenting the ongoing arrests of individuals attending immigration court proceedings at 26 Federal Plaza in Lower Manhattan.

Masked officials grabbed Moses, the police bureau chief of amNewYork, as he went to photograph them apprehending an immigrant inside a public elevator at around 10:15 a.m. on Sept. 30.

The chaos occurred five days after an ICE agent was caught on camera violently shoving a woman to the ground after she pursued her husband, who had been arrested after a court appearance. ICE suspended the yet-to-be-identified agent on Friday, but he reportedly returned to work on Monday, according to CBS News."

How many ****ing decades have I been preaching that the Republican party has no bottom? It's because I live among the Southern Republicans and know their hearts.

American citizens better be prepared to defend themselves in ANY situation.

And I do mean in any situation.
 
Socialism, Fascism, Authoritarianism, or even Totalitarianism. Let's be honest. It doesn't make a difference what label you put on it. In every case Thugs empowered by the Government, or the Dictator, get to do whatever they want without consequences. It does't matter if you are rounded up by the KGB, the GRU, or the Gestapo, it all ends the same.

In every system it is always the same. Your rights are dependent upon the generosity of the people in power. Your right to be secure in your person and papers, depends upon if they really want to search. There is no limit to their power.

We are seeing the second phase of Totalitarianism play out. Thugs in uniform without any consequences get to assault people without concern. You can't sue, there is no way to identify the people doing it. You can post the video and the people who don't support it still won't support it. Those who are fans of authoritarian systems, as long as they are the ones in power, will say that the agents are just doing what they must to enforce the law.

It doesn't matter if you call it Communist, Fascist, Nazi, or Socialist. The point is not the name it wears, the point is the abuses that come with all those names, and it's always the same. I say second phase because the first phase was a long while ago. When the shift from Civil Rights to Security began after 9-11.

There really isn't any way to stop it with words, or votes, or debates. It will continue until blood runs in the street. If the opponents of these sorts of things don't start the violence, the Thugs in Uniform will because they are impatient to stomp the crap out of the enemy within.

All I can say about that is the same thing I've said many times. Watch what you wish for, you might get it.

According to the video, he was told to exit the elevator and didn’t so he was evicted.
