Why do people waste?

Is it bad behavior or ignorance?

We waste so much food, electricity, money, etc.

What is wrong with those who waste? Is it wrong at all?

I do not know for sure. Different people have different interpretations of it. My friends waste whole plates of food. I would say waste is the discarding of intangible/tangible things that could otherwise be used.
 
Usually those that waste have plenty of whatever they are wasting. It disgust me how much food and clothing big biz toss out and due to this sue crazy world? They are not allowed to give it to poor and/or homeless. So much waste when we could feed and clothe this entire country just off our waste:(

Where else am I to deeply discuss philosophical issues? Existence, love, waste, hate, reality, and all other concepts of our existence. I reasoned I should philosophically discuss this here than general political discussion.

Assuming, of course, anyone else cares to carry it on. What sucks about really deep discussion and inquiry is that it bores the hell out of certain people. My mother nearly assumed the fetal position when inquiring about the layers of human society.

Philosophy tends to do that to people. I've been telling folks for years that philosophy is bad for you.
