I will state this now that I don't like other men. Im a dude and I don't like other dudes. Now before anybody calls me homophobic I will point out that its not gay men I don't like, its other men period that I don't like.

If you are looking for a discussion of some sort, you will need to provide a bit more information; like, why dont you like other men?

It's OK to be a misanthrope. So you dislike men. Do you dislike women just as much? Just asking. If it's the notion that if someone is "nice", it generally means they want something from you, I can kind of understand where you're coming from.

I'm not a man's man either. I actually hate dudes. Now, chicks...I can't get enough of them. In fact, 30 years ago my cousin said to me this. "If you could, you'd crawl back inside. Wouldn't you?"

Do you not like "other men" but have that one special life-partner that you do like?

or

Do you just not like men as people and don't want to hang out with them (in which case why is this in sex and sexuality?)?

or

Are you just declaring you are not sexually attracted to men (In which case why do you feel the need to declare something like that as it's silly.)?

What are you trying to say, that you almost exclusively prefer the company of women?
Eh, if they're smart, tough, classy, have a morbid sense of humor and are really attractive, I prefer their company too.

As a gay man I can only say, WHAAAT !! Men are fantastic, they are direct, to the point, and don't play games. Not to mention they have all the necessary parts. Now, I like women, but find that many are only interested in guys such as me as an accessory. Its very fashionable for many women to have a gay man as a BFF. I actually had a male coworker approach me at work, and request he introduce me to his wife, she needed a BFF. No thanks, I have had several bad experiences with women as friends, more a reflection on my poor choices than a condemnation of the entire gender, but damn those ladies were sneaky and manipulative. I now have more straight male friends than any other. I find straight guys less maintenance as buddies, and they don't hit on me like the gay ones lol. Oh the curse of being a hot Daddy !!

Well because the Bible says not to be a homosexual and I believe the Bible. Yes there are some people that don't believe the Bible and that's their choice and as far as Im concerned if somebody is gay that's their business, but since the Bible says not to be a homosexual and since I believe the Bible therefore I don't like other men.
 

OK....so, just sayin' here, it's OK to hang out with a guy and maybe grab a beer or something. Other guys are also handy to have around when you need to move a couch upstairs or hang cabinets. You don't need to **** another guy just because you've been hanging out and, odds are, he has no desire to **** you either.

...soooo, just to clarify, because I do not want to be accused of some kind of gross misread of what you are saying: the reason you don't like spending time or being around other men is because you think that this would somehow make you a homosexual?

Dude, bible or no bible, that is incredibly unhealthy. Being IN the CLOSET is very unhealthy, physically and mentally.

While homosexuality is a sin, that is between that individual and God. A Christian should love and treat everyone with kindness and tolerance as that is the entire philosophy behind the teachings of Christ.

Then you have issues and need to seek help. None of us have any insight of why you would post on a public forum what you did but most can glean it isn't normal.

I heard a funny joke about Gay people in an Owen Benjamin special. He said we call them Gays because they are happy, and imagine how happy we would be if we could F*** someone we could understand. And then started talking about what straight dudes would say to each other. It was pretty funny, I will try and find a link for you.

This is really unhealthy. You can like a person from the same sex. You can enjoy someones company and not want to have anything erotic to do with them.
