What a stupid statement, one must be completely ignorant of history and political philosophy to say something so blatantly untrueYou can't have a racist liberal. Racism is a form of conservatism. Not all conservatives are racist but all racists are conservative.
Modern racism is an invention of liberalism. So you’re wrong and you need to acquire more education before commenting on topics like theseI don't think the idea of pure liberalism has room for racism in it.
Poll is a false octochotomy.
I totally agree....I work within a pretty rough and ready work environment...if racism existed to any great extent I'd see it here...but there is none.Modern racism is an invention of liberalism. So you’re wrong and you need to acquire more education before commenting on topics like these
I hear this one a lot from the right, like a LOT. Accusations of racism right to left might equal or outnumber the reverse.
An invention of liberalism, or an invention of liberalism's retarded Commie little brother, Social Marxism?Modern racism is an invention of liberalism. So you’re wrong and you need to acquire more education before commenting on topics like these
We have predators on our streets that society has in fact, in part because of its neglect, created. They are beyond the pale many of those people, beyond the pale. Its sad commentary on society, We have no choice but to take them our of society.

So Asians are doing really shit then, yeah?Racism in the US, today, is not defined by segregation, Jim Crow and the KKK. It’s institutionalized or structural.
Our state and federal policies, laws and practices inadvertently limit access to income, goods, services and opportunities for for the poor and those effect the quality of their neighborhood, housing, education, income, food, air, water, medical treatment, and the types of interactions they have with the criminal justice system. It’s not deliberate racism but because of the way our institutions are structured the laws we make work to keep certain groups poor and keep them from participating in the benefits and protection of society.
Almost nobody notices this structural racism. But it is there and minorities suffer the consequences.
Longevity is an example. Minorities have consistently shorter lives than the general population. Convenience stores selling prepackaged snack foods are the primary food source in poor neighborhoods. Transportation to grocery stores is complex and expensive; daily or weekly trips are maximally difficult. Diets and health are poor.
Health services and insurance available to the poor make it difficult to catch diseases in time to cure. Many medical regimes require consistent attention to schedule of medications and diet. When there is no assurance that they will be followed rigidly the regime will be denied. Illnesses last longer, people are out of work longer, earning power is lowered and people die sooner. Dying sooner mean less time to accumulate wealth. Poverty not wealth is passed to the next generation of minorities.
Nobody did anything deliberately to create this situation, but the result is segregation of the poor and the racism of it is very real.

Cool story bro. That obviously proves what tens of millions of people really believe. My liberal college professor dad hates Jews and rarely misses an opportunity to drop an N-bomb if he thinks it's appropriate.

his comments are nothing more than trolling.. rich urban liberal elites are permeated with racistsWhat a stupid statement, one must be completely ignorant of history and political philosophy to say something so blatantly untrue
There is a distinction between "the left" as in individuals and left in terms of policy. Left wing policy absolutely keep minorities down. No doubt there are people on both sides who are racist ( as an aside do people chose to be prejudiced?) but it is liberal policy that holds peole back an I guess by extension those who vote liberal.
many of the welfare-socialist handouts have kept generations of some minorities dependent on the governmentObviously the civil rights and labor laws have kept minorities down. And let's not get started on Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA, disasters for minorities.

Go away. I'm not interested in you.

There are clearly some differences between races...there are no non- blacks of west African descent in the top 100m sprinters in the world for instance, there are no great black swimmers... there are also IQ differences..but in moral terms there are no differences...and that is the only measure that really matters.
Obviously the civil rights and labor laws have kept minorities down. And let's not get started on Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA, disasters for minorities.
So black people would be better off without minimum wage, civil rights laws and other labor protections? Strange that few black people seem to see it that way. Bad Martin Luther King! You never should have gone to Tennessee to help striking workers.well actually there are many ways those laws have hurt black Americans, high minimum wage has kept the lower orders of blacks out of meaningful employment, labor laws have benefitted illegal aliens who’ve taken the jobs on the rung between low skill and middle skill, non discrimination laws have not actually changed black unemployment, in fact even in the south and Apartheid South Africa there was very little private sector based discrimination against qualified black workers
