all racists are conservative.
I don't see a good choice on your list. Both sides have racists only the Reps have many more. The Reps of the Northeast in Lincoln's day and many yrs thereafter were the relative liberals compared to the conservative Dems of the South. Now, the Reps are the cons and the Dems the libs. Anyone who considers themselves superior or those of another race, ethnicity, color, culture inferior or support practice which result in discrimination/disparity are racist. Even if you wish them well and think they are discriminated against and should be given restitution or special consideration, etc.
I would have to say he wasn't a liberal then.My liberal college professor dad hates Jews and rarely misses an opportunity to drop an N-bomb if he thinks it's appropriate.
those upscale neighborhoods tend to be republican. Many leftists are hypocrites.
They live in mostly upscale neighborhoods protected by private security companies, they send their children to private schools, and they associate mostly with other Euro Americans.
Yet they have the nerve to use the word "racist" against working-class people of ALL ethnicities who do not support BLM or affirmative action or reparations.
I would have to say he wasn't a liberal then.
Racism is to conservatism what jihad is to islam. You can't have a christian jihadist. you can't have a liberal racist. He is absolutely a liberal.
I hear this one a lot from the right, like a LOT. Accusations of racism right to left might equal or outnumber the reverse.
They proclaim very loudly with no reservation that the innate capabilities, intelligence, ambition, talents and life possibilities for individuals are predetermined by the color of any person's skin.

You can't have a racist liberal. Racism is a form of conservatism. Not all conservatives are racist but all racists are conservative.
It was my understanding that the left thinks black people are behind because they were collectively thrust into our society without resources or parachutes and it hasn't even been two centuries yet. I don't think liberals think black people are dumber, and I think that's the point of their effort.
I taught in an inner city public high school for almost 30 years.
Every five years we adopted new textbooks; every time we would dummy down the reading level. Didn't want to offend anyone. Is having low expectations racist?
Dress codes and behavior standards gradually loosened until there were no standards any longer. And I don't mean just the students. By the time I retired (and went on to be a college professor) teachers had no dress code either. Is a lack of standards racist?
At one time we had an attendance policy that if you missed more than nine days a quarter you automatically failed that class. Not many years before I retired, I was asked to pass a senior (that I had in first hour) I had only seen three times that semester, because he needed my credit in order to graduate. And the rationale was that we needed the graduation rate to be as high as possible. Was it racist of me to refuse? After all, I had called and sent home many written warnings about attendance. But getting to that first hour class can be sooo hard. BTW; admin went over my head and graduated him anyways, so the point was moot.
Many students made A's and B's but couldn't achieve even close to grade level on standardized tests. Quite the disparity. Is grade inflation racist? Or are all standardized tests racist? My Asian and Indian students generally did very well on them....
Is graduating a senior who reads at a third grade level racist? How about if he/she can't add a column of numbers?
All this accomplished under a liberal Democrat school board, a liberal school administration, a liberal teacher's union, in a liberal city.
Is sending kids out into the world so unprepared racist?
Thanks for the compliment. Now you know why I'm a Republican. Not that I like all of what they do. Not that I like very many Republican politicians. But in this country you only have two choices. The Democratic party left me long before I left it.You have described the real problem perfectly.

Their efforts have been ongoing since the middle of the 20th Century and were codified and amplified in the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
Since then, "Liberals" have been employing the same actions and philosophies to correct the same problems with little or no advance in outcome and hugely increased effort and expense.
As we watch our cities burn and our businesses looted, we witness the benefit of their plans to date.
The basis of all of their actions is what Bush 43 called the "soft bigotry of low expectations". When I have been challenged by authority to do better because I could do better, I usually did so.
Clarence Thomas noted that he had difficulty getting a job with any law firm, even with his degree from Yale, because the hiring agents assumed that his degree was awarded due mostly to lowered academic demands of minorities.
If there is no belief that Blacks are inferior, then lowering thresholds to advance would not be employed. Filling quotas would not be necessary.
If Harvard admitted based only on academic achievement, the incoming freshman class in 2018 would have been 43% Asian. Only 1% would have been Black. Obviously, Asians are being discriminated against.
Asians, another minority, are the earners of the highest average US wages paid sorted by ethnic demographic.
Whatever else we can say about the actions and expense to remedy any disparities of socio-economic outcomes for Blacks, we can say this: The actions and expense applied to date did not produce the intended results.
Should any and all efforts be eliminated? I think not. Should they be discarded and replaced by things that might work? Definitely!
Harvard Admissions Dean Largely Ignored Report on Factors Affecting Asian-American Applicants
If admission to Harvard were based solely on academic merit, Asian-Americans would comprise 43% of the freshman class.www.wsj.com
You could have picked option 5 and 8.
Depends on the area. Inner city, mostly minority, 99% on free or reduced lunch; about 60-70% below grade level by at least two years. Often much lower. In a very good suburban district; reverse all the previous numbers. Sometimes 90% will be at grade level or above. So it depends.Just an irrelevant aside here - "What percentage of the current High School graduating class do you think would be able to read (fluently) "McGuffey's Sixth Reader" (which was aimed at "Middle Schoolers")?"
No true Scottsman eh? Classic.I would have to say he wasn't a liberal then.
