He's already alienated our Canadian neighbors, and now he's messing with a vital shipping partner in Panama. Where does he stop?

Add Denmark to the list, he's sounding off about buying Greenland again. Old men and their idées fixes.

When countries stop trying to take advantage of the US or when they comply with his America First demands.

The first one is mostly just paranoia and the second one is an unreasonable expectation.

Many. Whether we realized it at the time or not, whether we agree with it now or not, a majority of Americans just voted to end the post-WW2/Cold War world order.

WTF? That’s TrumpSpeak for won’t go along with his ‘coming soon’ (yet still evolving?) plans.

President-elect Donald Trump's foreign policy team told European officials that he will insist NATOallies increase defense spending to 5 percent of their economic output, according to a Friday report from the Financial Times.

All of them? Except maybe for Russia.

Hungary and Turkey as well.

Plans necessarily evolve depending upon a lot of outside-created factors and revealing those plans too early can damage the plans.

My comment stands.

IMHO, the term “alienate” is a tad strong, but Trump will likely try to bully or pressure quite a few.
I think all that Trump will do is hasten the rest of the world devolving their economic connection to the US and the US$. Countries aren't going to leave themselves exposed to an unreliable and bullying 'partner' any further than they have to. The economic rise of China, and now India, are providing significant new markets that other countries can divert their current US trade towards. As for NATO, if the other NATO nations spend more on defence they won't need US support enough to make working with an unreliable and irresponsible partner worth the effort. They won't want to see the US leave, but there is a point when it is better just to spend more on defence than stay reliant on an unreliable 'partner'.

That (bolded above) could pose a huge security threat to the US.

We won't like it, but I suspect there will be an effort toward some sort of detente with Russia. The next 10-25 years is going to be all about US-China competition, and we're both going to be lining up our alliances accordingly. Unlike the last 75 years, these alliances will not be defined by centralized bureaucracy vs. liberal democracy. It will be a contest between hyper-capitalism and market capitalism with centralization/bureaucratic characteristics. Both China and the US will value Russia because of its vast quantities of natural resources. China has had the inside track in recent years but Russia doesn't want to become a vassal state, and there's a long history of mutual China/Russia distrust that can be exploited with some competent statecraft. India will factor into this discussion as well, and to a lesser degree, so will the current list of powerful/influential nations.

I don't know if alienate is the right word but he certainly will most certainly prove to many, many countries that America is not their friend and her word cannot be trusted. The upshot will be trade alliances and security alliances that don't include the States or if they do it will be limited, especially security.

All of them.
Except of course his bromance buddy Putin.

Trump is going to **** over which ever countries Putin tells him to.

First on the list is Ukraine. Trump has a personal grudge against Ukraine, so this one is easy.

Probably Poland will be high on the list.

He'll get many 2fers when he abandons and dismantles NATO.
