How far will the GOP go to protect Trump?

The latest is that they want to arrest Hillary Clinton and have her investigate AGAIN by a special prosecutor. Let see, they had her investigated like 5-6 years for Whitewater, 2.5 years and what, seven investigations for Benghazi. They are still after her for emails, even though Trump has used a less protected private email server and phones, and theF BI has investigated her use of the email server and no indictments. So for what other reason than to use another investigation into Hillary could they want to spend more of our money unless it is to use this deflection to take the heat off of Trump and the Mueller investigation. If this happens it will be just one more step toward fascism in this country with the GOP leading the way. To use the FBI and a special council, one who they will hand pick, to deflect from Trump's problems is a huge step toward the GOP's goal of having the whole country controlled by the rich who will continue to buy the GOP's allegiance through campaign donations.

It's obvious that the email investigation was rigged. There absolutely should be another, non-corrupt investigation. She's guilty as **** and should face justice along with the FBI angents that let her walk.

And you know this because Fox News told you it was so. You know the news station that is a propaganda machine for Trump. Unless you can give me some REAL proof, don't keep writing this bullsh*t.

There was never a special prosecutor for Hillary Clinton, so I don't know where you get the AGAIN part. If there had been a special prosecutor, when their investigation ended, most of the other investigations probably would have also. The problem is that it never happened. There was never a special prosecutor. It was political from both sides from the get go.

Appointing a special prosecutor now would be good IMHO, and would put an end to any legitimacy of either sides rhetoric that doesn't match the outcome of the investigation.

The Democrats should be clamoring for it, because it could potentially prove them right, that it was all just a witch hunt after Hillary.

I wonder how long after her death you people will still be asking for her to be investigated. There are none so blind.......

I know this because Comey publically admitted that Clinton illegally mishandled classified information.

The Fox News crybaby **** doesn't work, no matter what Media Matters tells you.
 
Frankly, I don't give a rats behind one way or the other. If they can make a case an want to toss her in jail its fine by me. They can dress out matching cells, one for HRC and one for Donald. It will be another first for American politics. Both candidates for President from the major parties from a specific year convicted and tossed in the slammer.

She has been investigated enough and is no longer a part of government. The only reason you want this done to to deflect from Trump's problems. And there is absolutely no proof that the FBI did not investigate the email thing thoroughly. The only doubters are those GOPers who want to deflect from Trump's problems, Fox News and the Trumpers out there that have always hated the Clinotn's. This way is just payback and deflection. They get two things for the price of one and our liberties.

I think at this point they have gone so far in trying to defend the president that there is no turning back. They have some major wins for their donors, and some big things on the horizon like the Supreme Court pick. In the process of chasing these goals they have attempted to walk the line of attacking the integrity of the Mueller investigation without directly interfering. It seems like a lot of them are fully committed to sink with ship should the investigation find anything.

Just as I thought. More and more frequently when anyone asks for clarification and/or an explanation of contradicting statements from those who support the Trump Party the response is a personal attack, a refusal or another baseless statement.

He said that she did nothing that any prosecutor would take to a jury. I have been a formane of a Federal Grand Jury and when a prosecutor says that, it means that there is no evidence of the crime.

He said there were classified emails on an unsecured network. That's a violation of The Espionage Act.

Wow. You have no idea about me as evidenced by the ignorance of the tripe your post says about me.

I'm not a Trump fan, and support ANY investigation that uncovers political officials breaking the law. That includes Trump and Hillary.

The only investigations done into Hilary were either political or mishandled, even the DOJ IG stated as much in his report.

Now, if you'd like to stop all special prosecutors, including the one for Trump, then say that. But if not, the Constitution provides for Equal Protection under the Law in the 14th Amendment. That applies to this as well. Unless you think Hillary is above the law and the Constitution?

This thread is productive only so far as it further makes clear that voting is the sole productive solution. Or as Obama said, "Don't boo. Vote."

Arguably, there cannot be an uncorrupted investigation while money is in politics, especially big money.
