That's not true. I'm not a Democrat. But you're right, we couldn't survive as a one income household. So I've decided that she'll have to get a second job.

Geeeeee, you knooowww, I wish I was born with a vagina, then I could get hired over a more qualified person simply because I have a vagina, marry a guy richer than me, take him to the cleaners and take his money as well as keep my own (because when you get married, half of everything between both of you goes to you, so if you are not quite as well off as your husband, you still can get more money than you would if you were single because the net worth of both earnings, automatically half is yours.). Gee, it must be nice to have a vagina. I can even get accepted to schools over more qualified guys and get sympathy from people simply because I have a vagina. I could talk my way out of tickets with a police officer even though I would deserve and anybody else would have gotten the ticket. Gee, wish I was born with a vagina. I would have it on easy street, have it made. Sure am glad I haven't married my girlfriend. I would review my legal options before I get married to be sure their is no way she can take me to the cleaners. That way, I can keep what I have worked for and she keeps what she worked for. And if I can find a way to avoid alimony, I will or I simply won't get married. Just live with her. No problems with accepting responsibility and paying child support but the rest is BS.

Depends on how good it is. There are some people that have ironclad pre nups, with no loopholes whatsoever, but then you have the people that hired cheap lawyers to do it and there are holes you could drive a Hummer through....:doh

I don't like to overpay for a lawyer either. I would like to get a high quality lawyer for a value price, meaning a reasonable and affordable price.

Alimony does not stand in Indiana and all debt plus assets incurred prior to marriage belong to you only. I actually moved out and bought a house last year. If he wanted he could take MY house, which would be pointless, because I could try to take his house.

Child support, my friend, one will never get away with not paying. I don't want to take him to the cleaners, but I want to ensure my kids are taken care of. I also want to work, but as I nurse, facilities expect you to work nights which is not realistic with two small kids. I have sent resumes to doctors offices, but of course the pay sucks and it is boring, but at least it is a pay check.

I will not put up with being called names and pushed around in front of my kids. He does not do it on a regular basis, but if you start putting up with that it never stops. It is always worse around the winter months and holidays, but there is still no excuse for anyone, especially and educated man to do that.
