How do I change the User Text

As you all may know, I'm slightly new to this forum and I was curious on how to change the User Text. If you do not understand what I'm talking about, I mean the text above my avatar that says "User". I've noticed people have a variety of things posted there, and I was hoping someone could tell me how to change it. Thank you in advance for your answer.

User control panal on the top right of the screen and then edit profile on the left side of screen I think. It is a box down the page a bit

Under User Control Panel, you then select Edit Use Profile, under that you may have the option to enter a Custom User Title. The reason that I say that you may have this option is that this privilege might require either making a donation or reaching a certain minimum number of posts.

I think you have to have 200-250 posts or something before you can customize it?
