Obviously, no system is completely safe (e.g. identical twins might still slip by or the poll worker not checking/caring), but mail-in makes it very easy for someone other than the registered voter to fill out the enclosed the ballot.

Nope, a single case of fraud proves that the system is open to accepting that type of fraud. A bar can be shut down for serving a single minor (failing to check ID) - based on the proof of their system allowing that to happen.

I would never say it doesn't exist. Any is too much for me, but I will not wallow in fake notions of any rampant and extreme amounts of fraud.

Yep, any single fraudulent vote has a 100% impact on my single legitimate vote. In an election with a 1% margin of victory only requires about half that level of fraudulent voting to potentially alter the result.
