House Intelligence Committee votes to release documents alleging missteps by the FBI while surveilli

You also have have probable cause. Using false evidence is illegal.

Yah it may be if false evidence had been used but it wasn't.
On the other hand warrants are issued every day on reasonable cause only.
Do to tbe patriot act it is far easier to get a warrant, especially through the fisa court.
I wonder how many representatives that voted for and then to renew the patriot act are now screaming that it is overreach?

What ever happened to "IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF"???

Why would he Putin told him he didn't need to.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you left a word or three out of your sentence...or, maybe, some punctuation.

Don't you think it's possible Trump would tell Putin he trusts him...and then, behind the scenes, take appropriate precautions?

So, because you disagree with a Presidential decision, that makes us 30s era Germany, or Stalinist Russia?

You know, you libs are amazing at inventing insulting names, and bumper sticker false narratives that mock, and enrage your opponents, I have to wonder by the over reaction to this what's up? Normally, you'd just mock it, and dismiss it, but the reaction tells me that there's something to it, and you're scared.

You just knew that there was funny business in the election, and you were right, there was. From democrats, the media that you lap up like mother's milk, from idiots like Maddow, O'Donnell, and the morning schmo. You bought their lines without question, and now are about to be shown a small glimpse of the real corruption that was going on, and you lash out as a first reaction like a run of the mill progressive likening this country to Nazi Germany, or Stalinist Russia...very disappointing.

I would say conservatives are better at inventing insults. Do the terms "libtard" or "cuck" ring a bell?

It's possible, but why should we just trust him?

Well trump doesn't believe the intelligence information he gets now.

He simply didn't have enough evidence against her. The justice system is not a way to get your enemies, I mean isn't that what you guys are upset about? Why should it different for Democrats?

Are you serious?

Play along for a moment. If it is true that the FBI (Comey, McCabe), CIA, former DoJ, Obama, and DNC falsified information and presented it to a judge to gain a FISA warrant to illegally surveille a political opponent, while simultaneously paying a private firm to construct a dossier of information to tie that same political opponent to a foreign conspiracy.......

Does that not make Watergate look like Tiddly Winks?

And does that not make Comey's public exoneration of Hillary to be nothing more than a cover-up that the DoJ supported to cover its backside, too?

And if so, what business does this same FBI have conducting an investigation about this same dossier?

This is potentially the biggest political scandal of our lifetime. Don't you want to see how it plays out?

You've waited a year for this collusion investigation, but you won't wait a month for this?

1) ]He simply didn't have enough evidence against her. 2) The justice system is not a way to get your enemies, I mean isn't that what you guys are upset about? 3) Why should it different for Democrats?

1) It is not the FBI that makes that call, especially not in a public setting.

2) American stated exactly what he was upset about - gross negligence in handling classified data (among other crimes).

3) The law should not be applied differently based on the status of the victim or the perp and it is clearly not the job of the FBI head to play AG or DAG.

Nobody has ever claimed that ballots were hacked or changed. This is pure delusion on your part and setting up a straw man of your own creation.

Then what is this all about, rhetoric?? Again, for some reason you believe you are mainstream when the reality is you are nothing but part of the radical left who wants to control the narrative while ignoring actual results. My creation? My creation is mainstream where propaganda needs to be verified before acting and actions speak louder than words. In your world you are used to fooling a lot of people with your rhetoric thus the current Democratic Base

"Results being generated"!?!?!?!?!? What in the world are you talking about?????

Figure it out and get back to us as you aren't mainstream but seem to be dedicated to destroying this President. That is treasonous

Yes, his actions are exactly what a Russian stooge would do. Congress had to take away his power to void existing sanctions on Russia because he said he would lift them. Yesterday, to the dismay of everyone except the Russians, Trump decided no new Russian sanctions. That's exactly what we'd expect from the Siberian candidate.

Great, now tell us exactly how working with the Russians affects you, your family, or the country negatively? aren't you one of those open borders, global economy supporting leftists?

Funny I don't often agree with dick Cheney, however when he referred to the Russian interference in our election an act of war. He hit it right on the head.
A true president would have immediately started to beef up our cyber intelligence, instead trump repeated over and over again that Putin told me he didn't do it.

So be takes Putins word over seventeen us intelligence agencies and many allied agencies, and calls it all a hoax.
This evidence can only mean one of two things.
1: trump is colluding with Putin and Russian oligarchs
Or
2: trump is a MORON!!!

You choose...
Oh I guess it could be
3: all of the above..

That is a word I hear a lot from the left, INTERERENCE, do you have any idea what that word means?? Tell me exactly how the Russians INTERFERED with the election? did they protest at the polling places, did they prevent people from getting to the polling places, did they threaten people to keep them from voting, were any voting machines hacked? Seems your definition of interference doesn't meet the Webster definition.

Putin's word? Tell me exactly how working with the Russians hurts you, your family or the country? For some reason no leftist ever answers that question but they sure throw the word interference around a lot

Keep calling the President names while keep losing elections. Please take a civics class to see what the President can and cannot do regarding Russia

Tell me exactly how the Russians INTERFERED with the election?

Pretty sure stealing thousands of e-mails from one particular candidate and her supporters, and then releasing them to Wikileaks qualifies.

I think there are more than three.

Mueller picked them.

Is it your position that he loaded his team with democrats?

Do you have some proof Mueller even asked them what their political affiliation is?

Are republicans incapable of behaving ethically so you assume democrats are incapable as well?

Every time I hear this stuff I see dogs salivating as a bell is rung.

I don't have a position. I am making fun of the position that the Democrats espouse. That is the part you are missing. I find it strange that they had mostly Democrats on his team. Only one person on that team had any right political leanings but he also contributed to Democrats. I don't give care what the person's party is as long as they are objective. The lack of Republicans on the team seems a bit odd. I don't buy the crap that it is a coincidence. I also don't buy the crap that it is a conspiracy. I think Mueller got some bad recommendations from some bad actors (Ohr, McCabe, Strzok) and now he is probably regretting it. How many times in our history has there been so many investigators removed from a team and demoted or fired for blatant bias such has been demonstrated by some on Mueller's team? I bet Mueller is pissed. His reputation is tarnished because of these people he trusted and they **** on it. For the first time I can ever remember we have multiple investigations that are investigating investigators during an active investigation.

Yes, spare me the hyperbole. "I can't wait for the Mueller report to come out. What excuse will YOU and the rest of the right wing use to ignore his findings?"

I'm just going by what I've seen from right wingers I've seen who will use any excuse to justify or rationalize wrongdoing by Dear Leader.

And can you put names or actual quotes to "the left," or, even better, the "some" above who want him impeached over tweets? That's what the media do and it drives me nuts. "Some say..." etc. It's pretty lazy because it's not hard to find some random idiot on the interweb saying something, but that doesn't equate to "the left" (a group of upwards of a 100 million individuals) all believing or saying something.

The truth is the truth. Not my fault that you want to ignore the truth when it's convenient. Self victimize much?

Just because something is "Classified", it does not automatically rise to the level of "National Security."

The DOJ claims that the release of the memo is "extremely reckless" because of its contents.

Pretty sure stealing thousands of e-mails from one particular candidate and her supporters, and then releasing them to Wikileaks qualifies.

It qualifies as a private matter as those aren't govt. computers. Seems the left's embarrassment has led to this reaction, where there no emails none would be released. The DNC has every right to file complaints and take legal action against Russia but interference in our elections has nothing to do with this activity. Please post the definition of interference and how it relates to this issue?

Sounds a lot like Chicago politics to me which of course will always be justified by radicals because that is what Chicago politics promotes and why no Republican has ever been elected there

The DOJ claims that the release of the memo is "extremely reckless" because of its contents.

So you are telling us email and texting between two FBI operatives regarding Republican candidates for public office are issues of national security? You have no idea what is in these memos but you are already circling the wagons to defend the Democrats? How typical of radicals whereas the truth is what you want it to be and the reality that you aren't mainstream no longer is relevant

???

What on earth gives you THAT idea??

Well I don't know maybe all those times he said that all the intelligence was wrong.

The fact its been widely reported he does not read morning briefs.
And he believes Putin over his own intelligence agencies.

Great, now tell us exactly how working with the Russians affects you, your family, or the country negatively? aren't you one of those open borders, global economy supporting leftists?
[/QUOTE]If you have to ask how having an American president working for the Russians effects Americans, you have truly fallen down the rabbit-hole. Remember that "America First," thing? The U.S. President is supposed to be looking out for the interests of, well, the U.S. -- not looking out for the Russians because he got Russian money to build his hotels.

Well, when that hypothetical option is a possibility, we can all evaluate it. As of now, the House voted to release a 4 page summary memo without the documents. I say it's reckless to release THAT, and more reckless to do so without also releasing the Schiff counterpoint to that memo.

Funny you mention that.
I just saw that Schiff wouldn't allow the majority committee members to have access to his memo and still asked them to authorize its release.
Ol' Schiraffe didn't mention that at his presser.

Pretty sure stealing thousands of e-mails from one particular candidate and her supporters, and then releasing them to Wikileaks qualifies.
As well as millions of false propaganda targeting key areas in order to pick our traitor In chief.

Not really, you obviously didn't read the narrative if you think that actually counters it in any meaningful way.

It's entirely possible that this narrative is fake, but they actually claim that devin switched URLs after being warned.

He switched from .net to .com ... because why?
