Too bad.I find the thread title unnecessarily incendiary.

She knows better. She just can't deal with the urge to tell people what she thinks they want to hear rather than what she believes. I sometimes think a politician that would tell the truth consistently would win a landslide. Unfortunately, we've never had the chance to find out.
Many (if not most) politicians taylor their "message" to maximize the cheering of the current audience. Somehow that is not expected to result in them being said to be for all three sides of a given issue yet somewhat against it too. We no longer have flip-flops or gaffes we now have evolving positions and clarifications - at least for the front runners of the preferred party..
Yep Ttwtt :2wave: .....then comes the clarification.
Hillary Clinton tries to walk back jobs comments.....
Hillary Clinton tried Monday to walk back some comments she made last week about job creation that landed her in hot political water. Oops. Cue the outrage, and later, the clarification.
On Monday, Clinton said she “short-handed” her point about the failure of trickle-down economics. More from Clinton on Monday, via Politico: “Our economy grows when businesses and entrepreneurs create good-paying jobs here in America and workers and families are empowered to build from the bottom up and the middle out — not when we hand out tax breaks for corporations that outsource jobs or stash their profits overseas.” She made the comments at a campaign event in upstate New York for Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney.....snip~

Of course, Clinton thinks that tax breaks or outright "investments" (gifts or interest free loans) to corporations that donate to the correct party/candidate are just peachy as "stimulus". Big oil bad, big green good.
The game is on now and the left will veer left and the right will veer right for the 2016 primary contests and then both will return to the normal "center" for the 2016 general election. It matters little who wins since the proper palms will be greased and the federal gov't will continue to grow in both power and expense.
Well, she did try and walk back her comments yesterday. Now I wonder why she would do that if she didn't come up with a gaffe?
Do you think all those saying she was taking out of context can figure out what that means to walk back her comment?

She (and her husband) only said that to appease that sect of the Democrat party who worships Elizabeth Warren and her anti-Capitalist hate mongering..
I wonder if she thought she was creating jobs when she sat on the board of walmart
Customers create jobs. Any business owner who thinks otherwise is delusional.

Heya WCH. :2wave: she does have a tendency to do that appeasing thing no matter the flip, flop, and fry.
How do you not recognize the self-defeating nature of your own post? Let me help you: Demand for WHAT products?Exactly, demand creates jobs.... companies would not employ anyone if there is no demand for their products... something that most right wingers seem to forget in their hatred towards economics 101 theory.

This is what Hillary and her Leftist ilk don't tell you.
