Yet you are against a law that would actually DO SOMETHING to address the problem. If you are against a law that would do something about the problem, perhaps that means you support those creating the problem. Hence, the logical supposition that you are pro-illegal.

The Federal government has had decades to deal with this problem, and they have failed to do so. Allow me a question, where does the Federal government get their power? From the states? Or, do the states get their powers from what the Federal government decides they should have?
Read the Constitution, I'm not here to educate you on such basics.
How so?
Self explanatory.
Again, How so? and would you be so kind as to answer my question in the previous post? It was....
Asked and answered.
What is your objection to the Arizona law? Be specific please.
Asked and answered. Browbeating me because you don't like my answers is a waste of both of our time.

I am asking you to explain yourself. Why is it that you think it is ok to dodge a direct question? Are you afraid to answer it? What's the problem?

Is there some part of browbeating is ineffective on me you fail to comprehend? I answered your questions to MY satisfaction. Your satisfaction isn't my concern.
Then why are you here?

So are you saying that are are pro-small federal government, but pro HUGE state Government?
I don't mind a huge state government if that is what the people of said state desire. I also don't mind a small state government. Personally, my references lie in moderate state government and minimalist federal government limitted only to enumerated powers.
I'm in favor legislative diversity and dual federalism. I would prefer to see as high a degree of legislative diversity as their is philosophical diversity in this country.
How about that people are against the Feds sitting on their asses and not doing it. Lets move in that direction if you don't want to spin the issue.
Certainly not to try to make the willfully blind see.
How 'bout you?
That is pure bull****.... show me in the Constitution where the Federal Government has the power or responsibility for who is allowed to live in what State. We are not talking about immigration, we are talking about an alien invasion. It's not in Arizona's purview, it's a federal issue.
I also understand the real nature of dogwhistle wedge issues. This is nothing more than state sponsored bigotry couched in legalese claptrap.
BUT..
If Arizona wants to be seen as the leading edge for extremist bigotry, that's just fine. Let 'em. Just don't piss and moan when the rest of us kick 'em to the curb. We have every right to express our disgust for their knuckledragging hate politics and boycott them.
So are you saying that are are pro-small federal government, but pro HUGE state Government?
