As I understand it the policy will become unavailable regardless of whether I have medical expenses over that period...Provided you have no medical expenses over that period of time?
Actually the current policy covers the same 100% costs (preventive visits, procedures, etc.) but the deductible does not comply hence its cancellation.The coverage provides for more at 100%(it is mandatory) so those costs which you may or may not have paid out of pocket before would no longer be your responsibility.
