Health care companies would quickly go out of business if they approved every procedure their clients wanted. What's the solution?

Nope, because Medicare Part B premiums were added. I didn’t experience a sudden change in my health between ages 64 and 65.
That’s not an increase in medical care costs
That’s an increase in insurance .
You went from being uninsured . Which meant if you had a stroke or developed Parkinson’s or had a head injury etc. you would have been screwed .

To having some of the best insurance in America . That would cover your whole hospital stay. Rehab up to 100 days. Any home health 100% , outpatient therapies.. etc.
All that coverage for 133 a month.

Hence why covering it isn't a big deal, particularly if it reduces or eliminates larger expenses down the line.

Medicare Part B doesn’t cover much of it since the annual deductible is $257 and the Part D premium is $46.50/month ($558/year).
