Has Fox News stopped reporting on the Hillary Clinton spy story?

"If third parties or members of the media have overstated or understate or otherwise misinterpreted facts contained in the government's motion, that does not in any way undermine the valid reason for the government's inclusion of this information." Apparently we heard nothing more from FOX on the topic after this. The following sums up the hysteria caused that Durham was mentioning in the quote above. My fave part is Trump suggesting the death penalty.

In my opinion, that wouldn't have been remotely enough to dissuade Fox from continuing. What seems much more reasonable to me is that Fox's legal department determined that the story had crossed over into defamation territory.

You don't have the quote that "Durham himself said there was nothing there." Right?

Dismissed.
Any mental gymnastics necessary to avoid facing facts huh?

All at once after a week of the Hillary Clinton is a spy story on Fox News, it seems that the story is slowly being dropped by Fox. It could be for two reasons. The first that Durham might just have filed more info at court that says the whole thing Fox was reporting was a lie or at least not the truth. Of course the other reason might just be as important. Hillary mentioned a magic word, malice. It is a legal term and though Hannity said bring it on, I do not think that Fox wants anymore billion dollar law suits against it. THey like Trump are in enough legal trouble. And maybe that is why the GOP and Fox have spent the entire week trying to deflect their viewers talking about Clinton rather then the multiple legal problems that have come to a head this week for Trump. What will they use nexxt to deflect?

Not sure why they still can't go after them for the stuff they have already put out. They should. Put them out of business. They are a cancer on American society.

Look it up. Fox overplayed the story then went silent.

Fox reported the story. When there's more info, they'll report again.

You're confusing the tactics of CNN and MSNBC who breathlessly saturate their coverage for weeks with the same Fake News.

FOX reacted with glee to the release of the story, as if it were the biggest story of the century, then went silent when told there was no story.

Really? “Fake News” has been used so much by Trump that it gets capitalized. As noted, no need for CNN or MSNBC to make up stuff up. Trump provides all the horrific reality. Embellishing it would be journalistic malpractice.
