Skin color conversations within a family can and should be as easy and comfortable as eye color or height conversations - assuming one doesn't look at one or another skin color as a good or a bad color. Do you?
Families with a mix of skin colors don't place a good or bad rating on the whiteness or darkness of the skin color of the grandkids and don't see any reason to make the topic taboo. Maybe your family hasn't evolved that far and has skin color hang ups. We're all just people of different colors and different shapes and sizes - family! Seriously, the left needs to free themselves of their race obsession. Different colors are interesting and all beautiful, not some hush hush/don't discuss it topic.

Because “the Firm” is a metaphor for the Royal Family not an employer. Palace HR is for servants and staff employed by the Palace.

Except both Kate and Meghan were commoners marrying into the Royal Family by hooking up with Royal Family members. Same situations, largely different reactions, sometimes by the same paper.

Don't get me wrong, I have little sympathy for Meghan and her millions. But there's no denying the British press treated her far worse than they did Kate.

Dropping the race card, and complaining about international travel and living in a palace... ROTFLOL... it’s Monty Python worthy... throw in the climate freak Big Ears, and they’d make a rollicking skit of this turd pie.

Kate, though untitled, wasn’t quite a commoner. The Middletons do have an aristocratic background and relations and they’ve had ties with the Royal Family since Queen Victoria. The tabloids love to hate on the siblings of future monarchs and, by extension, Meghan who made very little effort to do what was expected of her as a Royal.

Maybe, but ultimately it was her and her husband's choice whether to seek help. I seriously doubt they were "blocked' in any meaningful way.
