I am thin too... but I am not angry or judgmental towards overweight people. Some people are genetically prone to being obese... other people have health conditions like diabetes and health disease that leads to extra weight or depend on medication that can cause them to balloon up or retain lots of water, or they are just physically disadvantaged.
I am thankful I don't have to work as hard to thin, and I can enjoy sweets and ice cream frequently... I have heard horror stories about people getting by pass surgeries to save their life, and I am always thankful that isn't me.
So, TWO THIRDS of Americans are prone to being overweight or obese? Do you HONESTLY believe that? Face it... Americans are LAZY... they don't care about their own physical fitness. There is a stereotype around the world about Americans and their weight issues. It is pathetic when I walk around here and nearly every American and Canadian I see here tips the scales at well over 200 points. A couple of weeks ago, I saw a particularly obese man with an armfull of food at Costco... and he was eating alone...
Don't give me this genetic bullcrap. Americans are lousy eaters and don't exercise enough... Once again, the excuses from those defending the fat and obese rear their ugly head.
