Fear mongering threads like this make me laugh.
If I had a young child I would be fearful for its safety. That's what caring parents do. Just fyi, rates of infection among young people, including children, are rising in Britain too. That isn't "fear mongering", it's the stark reality your whistling past the graveyard doesn't want to acknowledge. So laugh away, and pray neither you, a family member nor a close associate gets hit with this hideous disease you're so casually dismissive of.

For that reason we are reimposing restrictions and mandating that groups of no more than six may gather, whether indoors or outside.
