None of those teams Won One Championship and all but the Lakers and Blazers only played the Bulls. The Suns and Supersonics could only get to the Finals once and could only get to the Western Conference Finals twice and thrice respectively. Portland only made the Western Conference Finals three times as well while the Jazz did make it five times, and that is good.

These unfortunate bastards had to play the two best NBA Teams of all time in the 80's and they still won one Championship and appeared in three more.
All three were against the Lakers, but they had to play Boston in 4 Eastern Conference Finals and they went 2-2
Take out Boston, and Phili would have been in two more Finals, making there total 5, only one behind Chicago, and they still had to beat the Lakers.
What they HELL did Chicago have to do? Beat some mediocre good teams that could barely get to the Finals in the first place? Also, they beat a bunch of newbie teams in the Eastern Conference Finals on there way to beating a bunch of newbie teams in the NBA Finals... Just take a look:

Other than Indiana, which was good, but nothing special...
Who did Chicago beat that was notable... Cleveland? New York? Miami? ORLANDO! NOBODY! GET REAL!
Look at the difference people.
The Lakers versus Boston, Philly, Detroit, Trailblazers
The Celtics versus Philly, Lakers
The 76ers versus Boston, Lakers
The Pistons versus The Lakers, Boston, Chicago, Trailblazers
The Lakers and Boston beat other Great Teams...
Teams that are up for the Best Team of ALL TIME!
Chicago beat none of them, except the aging Lakers.
Chicago is so over-rated it is a joke.
Jordan rode the coat tails of GREATNESS and profited from being a great dunker and beating up on a bunch of mediocre teams at best.

Glad to see the Bad Boys on this list. I loved watching the "Goin' to work" Pistons as well, with Sheed, Rip, Big Ben, etc...we've been pretty fortunate to have two really great teams in the past 30 years.
The bad boys could have won four titles in a row, but Isiah handed Bird the ball in the closing seconds of a conference final game the Pistons had basically won. And in 88 they were one twisted ankle away from winning game 7, but Worthy went off and Isah couldn't perform any of his magic due to said ankle.
Chicago Bulls, if Micheal Jordan didn't retire the first time, they would have won 7in 10 years at least
Bulls beat Ewing, Barkley, Stockton and Malone, Mourning, Reggie, Kemp, Clyde, Magic Johnson, and Shaq. Ask those hall of famers who was the best team in history.
It's not even close. That second three-peat Bulls team was the best squad to ever take the court. The first three peat Bulls team wasn't half bad either.

Uh, all those players won titles. Lakers didn't stop any of them from winning rings. Some years they won, other years they lost. Bulls crushed the dreams of at least a dozen hall of famers.Lakers beat Bird, McHale, Parish, Ainge, Bill Walton, I. Thomas, Lambeer, Rodman, Dr. J, M. Malone, Drexler, Barkley, Stockton and Malone AND JORDAN.
Six titles in 8 years, losing only during the two years Jordan played baseball, if you want to call it that. Kobe's Lakers came close to doing something similar, but they fell short.Others too and if you really want to go down the 50 Greatest Players that each beat that would be fine too...
You are right... it isn't even close.
The Bulls beat ZERO of the Greatest Teams Ever.
The Lakers Beat THREE of the Greatest Teams Ever.

...And the Lakers could have won 9 Championships if it wasn't for the fact that they kept having to play those other teams on the "Best Temas Ever" list.

Lakers lost a lot. Celtics, 6ers, Portland, just to name a few that also won titles while your supposed best team ever won a lot of titles. THe only team in the conversation with Chicago of the 90's for shear dominance is the old school Celtics who strung together 8 straight titles. But, they did it when most teams where still 80% white. Not exactly apples to apples.
All of those "greatest teams ever" won the championships those years, so how could the lakers have beaten them?
That is because they were great players... not just really good ones. That is also why their teams are on the great lists...
...not so with the really good ones like Seattle, Phoenix and Utah... and yes, even that '91 Lakers team.
None of them could win when Jordan was not in the league in '94 / '95 and we never got to see Hakeem take on a Jordan lead Bulls in the playoffs...
Fact is that great teams win... if any of the teams that Jordan "crushed" were really that good they would have been back year after year. Only Utah came close doing it twice.
Fact is that great teams are listed as great teams. Magic's Lakers beat THREE of them. Jordan beat none. Facts are facts.
Ewing's Knicks. Eliminated by the Bulls in playoff series multiple times until Jordan left the first time, then lost to Hakeem and Drex's Houston Rockets in the finals. Neither one of those players could win while MJ ruled the league.
They weren't the same caliber of great. Magic, Bird, Jordan, Shaq, The Big O, Kareem, Dr. J, Isiah, LeBron, Kobe, Duncan... those are great great players.
Drexler, Ewing, Barkley, K. Malone, Dirk, Wayde, McHale, Robinson... a second or even thrid tier great.
Ewing's Knicks would be like the Houston team from the 80's, the Thunder now, Utah from the 90's or the Nets from early 2000's.
Sure, they are really good but not great. Look, the 90's were watered down with expansion teams... the talent pool per team was weak.
Even look at now... 3 really good players = championship. Back in the day it took more. Why? Because the other teams were also stacked.
