Graham calls for invesstigation into Russian hacking into DNC!

It should be investigated. Russia hacking as a means to meddle in domestic issues should concern everybody. Its a massive cyber security issue.

I think it's crazy that people aren't taking America's cyber security seriously.

Not much higher than working to get the commander in chief you want. That's a pretty tall military value.

Some of the liberal hawks are whacko cuckoo for coco puffs.

Advocating war with another country. Good thing Hillary didn't become president.

Wait who advocated war

Truthfully I doubt the russians hacked the dnc, I think at best they acted as a middle man for wikileaks. Seriously with russias hacking capability and they could only hack dnc servers and not hillarys server or anything else way more damaging?

Odds are the person who made those emails public was not a hacker, but someone inside the dnc who had access to them, knew their infrastructure, and knew what to look for ahead of time.

Seventeen US Intelligence Agencies, which is pretty much all of them, beg to differ. They say it is the Russians, and have the proof. I don't expect them to say more unless or until something is officially done about it.

I have not seen any of the the proof yet, other than 17 agencies suggest it, while the fbi said the opposite, who was the only org that actually investigated it , rather than throwing out an instant statement.

You are giving too little credit to russian hackers, Why would russia send it's best hackers but somehow only succeed at the dnc emails? The answer they didn't, they probably never tried and were busy hacking bigger stuff, just like our hackers are. No one seems to accept the very real possibility that the emails came from a double crosser inside the dnc who had access to them, infact with wikileaks most of their stuff is not from hackers, but from whistleblowers who remain anonymous.

They never confirmed it was the Russians.

May I remind people the original set of emails released in july that was blamed on the russians turned out to be a dnc staffer, not the russians, and that man was gunned down shortly after he was discovered.

Very much a long shot, IMO, especially with the vagaries and imprecision of the US Electoral College system.

From a strategic point of view, what does hacking the emails of a bunch of politicians actually accomplish? Hacking into Pentagon systems would be much more effective IMO. Who really cares what Anthony Weiner is talking about or sexting about? What Hillary may or may not have emailed?

My money goes on Binney's interpretation.
