Governor news - Ohio and Tennessee

Looks like Vivek is going to run for Ohio governor in 26 and Marsha Blackburn is going to run for Tennessee governor. I wish both of them success in their campaigns
Marsha C*burn will be 75 years old in June, 2026. Both Vivek and Marsha are “vote for even more pain” to an average voter voting in his or her own best interests.

In 2024, 64% of Tennessee voters voted.
for Trump
Safety Ranking…% Bachelor’s Degrees

Tennessee 40th ..31.7% 817 incarcerated pet 100k

IntegrityRespect, I expect inadvertently, endorsed the dramatically different outcomes resulting from Democrstic state governance.

Blackburn will likely be a shoe in...can't imagine Vivek succeeding. Of course depends on who else runs.

In recent years, the Republicans have been the party that looks out for the best interests of the average voter.

That is why average voters have been voting for Republicans recently.

Do you have a point? Some people need to be incarcerated.

I couldn't imagine Bernie Moreno's unseating Sherrod Brown.

If Ramaswamy is the Republican nominee for Governor, he'll win.

Where?

Sherrod Brown looked out for the interests of the average voter.

Moreno? He stiffed his employees ("average voters") and then destroyed evidence a judge had told him to preserve.

No, if is because education level of states with Republican voting majorities are dramatically lower than in civilized states.

VP Harris won 18 of the 20 highest educated states. Trump won in all ten of the least educated states.
None of the twelve states with earned bachelor’s degree percentages above 38,4% voted in the majority for Trump.

February 16, 2017

% Earned bachelor’s degrees
West Virginia 24.0%,
vote for Trump 70.0%

Massachusetts 47.6%,
vote for Trump 36.0%

Here are stats on the effects of your voting choices locally. Shithole results,

The GOP is a disease that its voters repeatedly infect themselves with for no rational justification. Consequences of GOP are ignored, Now, they’ve done it to the whole country,

GOP counterproductive governance intent on solving problems that do not exist while ignoring the problems resulting from GOP governance, deemphasize of education is the policy.

It could have something to do liberal cities and states downgrading serious crimes to misdemeanors that result in criminals walking. So Ask one of the supporters of this claim to show us how many felonies were downgraded to misdemeanors and criminals that ought to have been incarcerated walked free.

You sound like a damn commercial of Democrat talking points.
What sunk Sherrod Brown is his voting record. You see Sherrod Brown was my senator for years and for years I have been trying to get rid of him. He tells the people in Ohio what they want to hear but when he gets to Washington he votes the complete opposite of what he promised the people. Good riddance.

Blackburn is a excellent choice, but I would rather see her retire and enjoy life. She deserves it.

Vivek is a little too weird for me.

If you're not part of the far right wing, consider where you will choose to take vacations.

. Musk and Trump are running the Republican Party now.. No way, can it be said either give a rats ass about the 'average voter/person'.. Rich people are different..

We'll see.. You'll see... When they shove it up the 'average /lower classes' ass..

If Blackburn .jc “an excellent choice,” you should have little difficulty posting examples of how her representation of Tennessee in the federal legislature has benefited Tennessee households of average or less than average income.

If Vance was able to win an election there, it's quite possible. Much will depend on how much of a name he makes for himself at DoGE.

Democrats maliciously violate people's Second Amendment rights for no reason.

Republicans protect people from Democrats, and work to prevent the Second Amendment from being violated.

There are Democrats trying to violate people's Second Amendment rights everywhere in the nation.

Nope...

I don't live in or know much about Ohio, but I'd guess he'd have a decent to good chance of winning. I think he's definitely an up and coming young Republican.

Progressives aspire to be like Stalin and whitewash history.

Voters see through the lies and elect Republicans.

For what it's worth, here is a helpful roadmap of the near future:

2025: President Donald Trump <<<--- YOU ARE HERE
2026: President Donald Trump
2027: President Donald Trump
2028: President Donald Trump
2029: President JD Vance
2030: President JD Vance
2031: President JD Vance
2032: President JD Vance
2033: President JD Vance
2034: President JD Vance
2035: President JD Vance
2036: President JD Vance

The Democrats might have a shot at the White House in 2037, but only if they purge the whacky leftists from their party and move back to the center.

The extent of “Nuevo Second Amendment Rights” are the result of overturning long held precedent by RWE financed Supreme Court Court nominations project, identically to the process overturning long held privacy right precedent recently fashioed by the Alito Court.

“…Leo has created a network of influential conservative legal groups funded mostly by anonymous donors, including The 85 Fund and Concord Fund, which serve as funding hubs for affiliated political nonprofits.[1] He assisted Clarence Thomas in his Supreme Court confirmation hearings and led campaigns to support the nominations of John Roberts, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett.

“..The majority opinion of the Supreme Court in District of Columbia v. Heller suggested that Cruikshank and the cases flowing from it would no longer be considered good law as a result of the radically changed opinion of the Fourteenth Amendment when that issue eventually comes before the courts:”

With respect to Cruikshank's continuing validity on incorporation, a question not presented by this case, we note that Cruikshank also said that the First Amendment did not apply against the States and did not engage in the sort of Fourteenth Amendment inquiry required by our later cases. Our later decisions in Presser v. Illinois, 116 U. S. 252, 265 (1886) and Miller v. Texas, 153 U. S. 535, 538 (1894), reaffirmed that the Second Amendment applies only to the Federal Government.
This issue did come before the Supreme Court in McDonald v. Chicago (2010), in which the Supreme Court "reversed the Seventh Circuit, holding that the Fourteenth Amendment makes the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms for the purpose of self-defense applicable to the states."

Regarding this assertion in Hellerthat Cruikshank said the first amendment did not apply against the states, Professor David Rabban wrote Cruikshank "never specified whether the First Amendment contains 'fundamental rights' protected by the Fourteenth Amendment against state action".[14]

Well, we know that isn't true. Quite the contrary, they haven't been looking out for the best interests of anyone but the wealthy.

Actually, only the below average voters have been voting Republican. Mostly well below average.

:ROFLMAO:
The Repubs are the party of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich.
No. The Republicans are the party of everyone who is tired of the Democrats maliciously violating their Second Amendment rights for no reason.

In other words, the left hates America and its freedom, and Republicans protect Americans from the left.

So when maliciously violating people's civil liberties for no reason gets the left booted out of power, the left's backup plan is name-calling?

We believe in the whole Constitution, Article I to Amendment 27. You people do not. :)
